Going as far as saying that when the pictures of Rihanna went viral after the Chris Brown incident, she (Kelis) had just went through a similar incident with Nas. She blamed it on Nas having a drinking problem and being jealous of things like Kelis being cordial and saying hello to Jay-Z at music industry events. It’s worth noting that while they were married, Jay-Z had already signed Nas to Def Jam.
