@ndtv Thank you for your views. I think the comments are carefully timed and mischievous. With Congress playing choir master, our newly elected @TVKVijayHQ is being tested. Repugnant as the comments are, TN has far more pressing issues than community hate rhetoric.

@ndtv Why cannot individual Indian citizens sue this guy and his party for hate speech against a religion and for hurting religious sentiments of Hindus? How can an elected member of the party make such statements in an official capacity?

Hindu hater Udhaynidhi Stalin must be arrested for hurting the sentiments of Hindus aka Sanatanis again and again. Unless everyone defending Sanatana Dharma takes a more strident offensive stand, it is difficult to defend it in TN. Sanatana Dharma has the most ancient and scientifically aligned belief system. Sanatana spoke about the universe being interconnected - this is what science is confirming now. Time (kala) has been described as eternal, and the universe undergoes infinite cycles of creation, preservation, and dissolution with no ultimate beginning or end. This is remarkably close to modern scientific thinking and vastly exceeds any human historical timeframe. No other religion speaks about these time scales. What about reminding the barbarity and genocides committed by other non-Sanatani religious belief systems if the atrocities committed by the caste hierarchy are spoken of?

Statements by various TN politicians on Sanatan Dharma are obnoxious and hurtful. As you rightly said, these few individuals are able to insult Sanatan Dharm because the majority of Hindus choose to treat this as freedom of speech and allow it to happen.
