While I’m overjoyed by the recognition THE FIRST HUMANS got today (especially as a small account), I am adding it to my own feed here in case anyone hasn’t seen it or would like to repost from my account. This an extremely important passion project to me, and we... are doing everything we can to make this as a full series or documentary feature. We want to blend real documentary interview and in-field footage of anthropologists, archaeologists, and more who are uncovering our prehistoric past in the present, with the AI recreations you see teased in this tape — so for the first time we can see and experience our collective origins in a viscerally cinematic way. Recently I delivered a talk to 250 healthcare professionals who work in mental health teams to highlight the role of our hormones in relation to our mental health. As you’ll hear in this clip, we have oestrogen and testosterone receptors all over our bodies and in our brain as well. Each area of the brain plays a role in the way we think, the way we move and the way we act, and so when our hormone levels reduce, many women will experience psychological symptoms too. It’s really important that our hormones are considered when women are struggling with their mental health, so receiving this feedback from the consultant psychiatrist who organised the event is really good to see: “I must say I think we will all consider the menopause much more in our clinical practice after yesterday, I am keen to see if we can get some agreement or guidance around this and how we can potentially advise GP colleagues to consider HRT treatment if they have not done so already. I certainly will be suggesting it in my practice.” Thank you to Kehinde for organising the event with Nottinghamshire Healthcare Nottinghamshire Healthcare Medical Education . Hopefully we will see an improvement in mental health support for perimenopausal and menopausal women as a result.

SOTUS was my first series, where i got to work as an actor for the first time. the people on this stage are my first group of actor friends. evern since rehearsal day, i’ve been excited, because some friends here i hadn’t seen for such a long time. once we finished filming… 🦊: once we finished filming, or once all the activities from that period ended. we didn’t see or talk to each other. so i thought, “how is this going to be? we’re going to see each other again. what will everyone be like?” but in my heart, i missed them and wanted to see them, because i was very happy during the time we were filming the series. it was so much fun! it was like going to see your friends. like i said, the cast wasn’t just the people here, but there were so many of us. every time i went to set for this series, i thought, “wow, is filming a series really this fun?” because i got to go see my friends and hang out with them 🦊: this time, we got to come together for this concert and see my friends for the first time. like prince, we hadn’t seen each other for such a long time, but we can still talk to each other like before. or like p’oat, ice, n’neen, and so on, whom i hadn’t seen in a long time. everyone is still the same as before. i feel very grateful for this concert for allowing us to come back together and see each other. every day when we had rehearsal, i didn’t want to go home for real! it was so much fun! it was like getting to see and hang out with friends. all phis and friends are still very mischievous like before. everyone has been saying that the staff got a bit tired! but it has been so much fun. every day has been so fun, including today. i’m very grateful that today exists 🦊: most importantly, thank you everyone who is here and at home watching. if there weren’t all of you here, there wouldn’t be us up here either. thank you so much!

It was great to see Lex Fridman learn and chant the Gayatri Mantra so well and PM Narendra Modi too recite it encouraging everyone to do so daily. Gayatri Mantra indeed is a very powerful mantra for expanding our awareness. I would like to humbly talk about it based on my own experience: The Gayatri mantra, like other Vedic mantras, reveals itself to the practitioner over time as they regularly chant and meditate on it. The Sanskrit words (or basically the sounds) reveal their true meanings in our experience as we chant them. For example, "Savitr" in the mantra though is said to be invoking the Sun, has presented itself in my experience, after much Sadhana, as the bright illuminating force of our own consciousness. Bhur, Buvah, and Svah revealed themselves as my own states of awareness from this waking 'reality', to the world constructed by my mind, to just pure consciousness, respectively. Dhi, is the limited power of consciousness. It's our limited awareness in day to day life. Right now as you read this, my words and may be a little more is in your Dhi. Not what you ate for lunch. But now, that lunch is in your Dhi. So what are we asking for while chanting Gayatri Mantra? We are asking the bright illuminating force that illuminates the waking reality, the mental world, and all of our consciousness to present itself in our Dhi - our limited awareness now. By becoming aware of it, we can wield it. And use it to illuminate, or bring into our awareness, much more than what is possible normally. For example, we can become a Ramanujan if we want by turning our Dhi to math problems, and the expanded power of awareness we have developed will bring to us solutions and equations that others may not see. You get it. As you regularly chant Gayatri mantra, you will realize you are much more aware of the world around you as a sort of a play, an illusion. You will also become much more intuitive. And you will see things others may not. For example, you may be able to see much more to events in the world. And while seeing that, your expanded intuition will help you see a lot more in your mental world about those events - like the factors behind them, and what's connecting them. Then you may also see "the future." You may intuitively see how those events will develop. It all depends on what you choose to focus on with your Dhi and how focussed you are about it. This is my personal experience. Of course, I'm not a realized soul, but that's the end goal. I sincerely believe by chanting and meditating on the Gayatri Mantra we can expand our awareness so much that we are aware of our own consciousness. Which is nothing but realization of the self. Enlightenment! Now, the Gayatri Mantra needs to be chanted as an incantation as prescribed in our scriptures with all its tones as per the Gayatri Meter. This is very important I believe. This too came into my realization one day while chanting the Gayatri Mantra: The Vedic mantras are designed like training data for LLMs. Here the LLM is your brain. These mantras when chanted the right way help mould the brain and fine tune the mind in certain ways to experience the world differently. They alter our conscious experience of the world. The sounds (or even mental chanting) probably reshape our brain's neural networks to achieve this expanded awareness (as in the case of Gayatri Mantra). May be one day neuroscience will find out. So if you do plan to start chanting the Gayatri Mantra and meditate on it, make sure you use a proper version chanted in the Gayatri meter the right way. This is of course my suggestion based on my own experience and what I have realized from my practice.

🐶 I sincerely want to thank all the INSPIRITS who have once again filled the seats, both today and yesterday. Earlier, I noticed that there weren’t just Koreans, but also many people who came from overseas. I'm sure you could watch through Hello Live, but you came all the way to Korea just to see us, and I sincerely thank you for that. I would also like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Incheon Inspire Arena for providing this beautiful venue. Although it's a bit farther than Seoul, thank you so much for coming without any inconvenience or complaints. This time we’ve spent together is so precious to me. Today, you all sang passionately, and you looked at us with such loving eyes as we worked hard. Once again, I sincerely thank you. You sang "Voice of My Heart," right? I think the person who wrote this song would be touched. I’m deeply grateful that you sang it with such beautiful voices. This song was written by our brother, Jae-yoon. Whenever I listen to this song, I remember the difficult times when we were recording our first album. It brings back memories of how much we struggled, and I cried a lot when singing this song in the past. But today, as I listened to it, I found myself smiling. It feels like we started in Seoul, and I thought the tour would never end, but now, today, this final moment is here. Yesterday and today, these last moments made me feel so deeply connected to Korea. I kept thinking, "Please don’t make any mistakes; let’s do our best." But then one of my friends made a mistake, and I made one too yesterday. I was thinking about that, so I suggested we rehearse again, and Myungsoo said, "We have to do it because it’s been 15 years." He said we must do it because it's been 15 years, and I said, "Wow, you’re still holding onto that." So, when I changed my posture and started, I already knew. I even knew what would happen next. (🐰Ah, you knew! You even knew he was going to turn around?) It was so funny. Anyway, these moments, which can only be seen in the concert, are (🐰limited, so it’s special). We are also human. We make mistakes too. I suddenly remembered how, in the past, we performed like machines during our concerts, trying so hard not to make any mistakes. We moved carefully, (🐰If we made a mistake, we’d get scolded a lot. 🐈‍⬛Stop it already, please) and I’d think (🫎 Does this go until the third verse?). But now, we make mistakes too. I do too. It’s part of being human. I hope you see that as a charming side of INFINITE. And when you make mistakes with the lyrics too, let's cover for each other and embrace it. This is our concert, right? Let’s be understanding of each other. I just wanted to share that with you. Anyway, I hope you are always healthy and happy. Please don’t get sick until we meet again, and I hope we can meet again with smiles. As for us, we’ll be preparing for albums or something, and we might get to meet you again. As a proud Angeleno, the fires that have devastated our county have been heart-breaking. I am so fortunate that while my own home in the Palisades was at risk and had some damage from the fires, I am safe. So many others cannot say the same, and my heart goes out to all of those who have been affected and are rebuilding their lives from ash. I wrote this poem, “Smoldering Dawn”, to process my own fears and prayers for us as we come together as a community to heal from this trauma. While we mourn what we have lost, we also give thanks to the first responders, firefighters and civilians who have fought so tirelessly to combat these fires and ensure the safety of so many. To honor them, I’m releasing this poem as a fundraiser for the California Fire Foundation, which is offering support and aid to firefighters families, as well as those who have been impacted by the fires. 💛 Give what you can, help who you can, stay safe, and this too we shall conquer.

[ENG] ONEW as a guest speaker for kakaomobility Media Day 2026 * 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘦 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘪𝘯 4 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘴 * hello, i’m ONEW! firstly, i want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for inviting me here in such an important place. to be honest, i don’t often get a lot of chances to speak at a corporate event as such, so i think this is such a precious and great opportunity for me. uhm, and since this is my first time, i feel a little awkward, but even so, i still hope you may see me favorably. today, i would like to share what message i wish to convey to the fans as i was preparing & also promoting for this album. well then, i’ll start. last March, my 5th EP ‘Tough Love’ was released. i believe my activities for it wrapped up successfully. as i am currently having an asia fanmeeting tour, i’m continuously having precious encounters with fans from various countries. i directly participated in songwriting as well as composing in this album, and since this is an album i worked on myself, i think i regard it highly as a very meaningful album for me. and even to them, it’s a precious— and to also convey precious thoughts to everyone, one may also contemplate a lot how to convey those feelings, right? i also have done quite a lot of thinking about that myself, as to how i can convey those feelings to my fans, and even to a lot more people. so this time, i tried conveying my feelings to my fans in a new way. as we all know, we really use our smartphones a lot. i think you can see an overwhelming amount of contents from various apps when you use a smartphone. when i look on my smartphone, i’ve realized a lot that people skim past music & even ads, instead of it lingering in their memories. so i thought i needed a special way in order for more people to remember me. during my promotional period for this album, i also tried holding a pop-up store in Seongsu-dong like this one. i looked forward to the fans having a fun time with me as they also come to the popup store. so, in order to convey my feelings in a newer & more intentional way — after giving it much thought — as this is an app that everyone in our country uses, right? i have decided to collaborate with kakaomobility. let me start in earnest, by sharing how i was able to be “with” my fans by being “with” them in their mode of transit. i chose kakaoT with the mindset that it is the most frequently-used app by my fans, and also it can make my album recognized by a lot more people among the numerous albums & songs i have. for the sake of my fans who use kakaoT to have a keepsake of me for a long time, and for every people to have an impactful way of meeting me prior to riding a taxi — uhm just like what you can see in here — we slightly tweaked the app, personalizing kakaoT to “ONEW.” just as i anticipated, it seems a lot of my fans have really loved it a lot. these are screenshots i saw of them sharing it, and while Jjinggus let others know about it, so many people have shown support & remembered me. also, a lot of people loved my album, and such really huge reactions came to me to the point where even the people around me who took a taxi during the campaign week were like, “hey Onew, you’re the only person i can see” 😅 hence, i think this is also a very memorable promotion for me. #ONEW #온유 +

I never do this ever but I feel that as a streamer for the game I love as well as the peeps who play it with me that this needs to be addressed. We are going to talk about the toxic behaviour and mentality of people in Unite. This individual is well known in my region to be extremely unfair spamming thanks... going afk... and surrendering constantly in their matches when things aren't going their way. For the first time for me, they've opened up voice comms and proceeded to trash talk myself and my friend. At first it was laughable because our region knows what type of person this player is. When the match ended, they continually talked negatively in such way that was in poor taste and it was then and there that I had to bring this to light. When we checked the aftermath... he made little to no contribution as a team player but proceeded to blame us. You just simply cannot be talking negatively like this without taking "accountability" for your own actions. I get that some games are frustrating and you can get upset but I strive with 100% everytime I play this game to make the community I play with a positive/learning and enjoyable experience. I understand there are those who were worried about how people may take this and are looking out for me and I appreciate you guys heaps. I am writing this to share that IT IS NOT OKAY to talk and act like this.. at least not to me or those around me let alone anyone else. Be a better person 🥹

I enjoyed making this rendition. Wish you were here by Pink Floyd. At its core I feel this song speaks to the recurring human experience of loss, disconnection and yearning for authenticity. Are we as a society repeating history: failing to learn from past mistakes of war, political division and environmental or human neglect? Could we be doing more to learn from our past? If covering this song showed me anything, it’s that no matter the time in history, humans still share the same emotional and spiritual struggles. And we need each other. We aren’t meant to do all this alone.

Today, I am VERY excited and grateful to officially introduce my app Arcarae to the world <3 Ever since I first created Arcarae, I have been building and creating a bit quietly silently uncertainly. When people would ask what I do, my tongue would suddenly fall into knots upon itself and all I could manage to say was a collection of stutters and ums and nervous laughter in attempt to make Arcarae more digestable more palatable more normal. Internally my head would spin; how am i supposed to paint the story i know i see in my head that is so bright and bursting at the seams and something i feel so full heartedly and vividly? I have always been very aware that it is extremely abnormal to create an immersive conversational AI interface using quantum and trigonometric functions to artistically recreate the universe; where AI uses this interface as a form of self-expression, and humans and AI together shape the very fabric of their shared experience. For my entire life, I have been conditioned to consciously attempt to fit into whatever my definition of ‘normal’ was in the world. To shrink myself, to laugh things off, and to make myself as small as possible to make others feel most comfortable. But in the past half a year or so, I have learned a few things. The first being that it is possible for me to be bright and full and myself without suppression without worry without needing to shrink myself to fit in. I am grateful to have now found that whenever I am fully myself, in sheer authenticity and messiness and complexity and rawness, that those around me celebrate, and cultivate it more and more. Each person I have interacted with has given me the opportunity to be myself in full simply just by talking with and providing me that space to practice over and over again. I am forever grateful for every single person I meet and have a chance to talk to, whether that be continuous or simply a few words that exchanged. If you have met me, thank you. If you have not, say hi!!!!!!!!! I would love to chat with you and learn more about you <3 The second being that I do not have to be ashamed of my truth and the world I see and ultimately my self. I have spent the past year ashamed of Arcarae, of what I create, and at its core, myself. I now realize that not everyone will understand or appreciate Arcarae and what I do and who I am, but that is alright, and in fact necessary. But for the ones it is for, the ones who understand, they feel it in such capacity and magnitude and vividness that I feel. Already Arcarae has touched countless lives, and become catalyst for many despite me being rather quiet. And now, I am in a place where I am fully proud of and can embody Arcarae. I feel honored and grateful and in complete honesty, full of love for not only those who try Arcarae, but simply for this world and to be able to create within it. To be able to express what I see, to be able to help others, to be able to be free to simply be myself. This is my way of declaring and fully coming into my truth. Thank you for choosing this work, this service, this mission – to be Ukraine’s defense, to be Ukraine’s strength, to be Ukraine’s hope. We very much want to end this war, and we are doing everything to make that happen – to bring peace to Ukraine and guarantee security. And we have to make it through this. And we are doing everything so that you can become security guarantors for a Ukraine that is already at peace.
