"I'll submit letter to RS Chairman, demanding Raghav Chadha & others be disqualified from RS for joining BJP"- Sanjay Singh Bhai, BJP is fast. Doesn't waste time in empty talks. Before u submit letter, BJP has already completed formalities for merger. Reportedly, RS Secretariat sources indicate that all formalities related to Merger have been completed. A letter from AAP MPs, listing 7 members, has been received and formally acknowledged by the BJP. The entire process has also been cleared by Rajya Sabha Chairman. Under the provisions of the Tenth Schedule, a merger requires a two-thirds majority—this condition has been met in the present case, and therefore, the question of disqualification does not arise. Try ur luck, Sanjay Singh. Nautanki ke liye kaam aayega. 😂😂

No merger has happened. Only the original party can legally merge. Now, the RS Chairman will act as a tribunal & must deliver a decision within 3 months. If a merger is allowed & then if challenged in court, it will be struck down, leading to all 7 MPs losing their membership.

They do know how to bribe someone, how to bribe them. They have complete knowledge of this. But whether this is right or wrong, or unconstitutional, according to the Constitution, I believe neither they nor the BJP nor those who will agree to it know..."

#WATCH | Kolkata, West Bengal: Former TMC Rajya Sabha MPs, Sushmita Dev, Prakash Chik Baraik and Sukhendu Sekhar Roy, joined the BJP today West Bengal LoP Ritabrata Banerjee says, "I have a long-standing relationship with Sukhendu da; he is a senior politician who has often guided me. Sushmita is a friend; we both became MPs in 2014. Prakash is like a younger brother to me. If they make a personal decision, I have no say in that. Political views may differ, but personal relationships remain. They certainly have every right to do so in a democracy. I share excellent relationships with all three. They might align with a political stance opposed to mine, but the personal bond will undoubtedly remain."

#WATCH | Delhi | AAP MP Sanjay Singh says, "Yesterday, you saw a non-constitutional, illegal, and against the rules, seven people announced that they will join the BJP. This is completely illegal, and the anti-defection law clearly states that any type of split, breakaway faction, or any type of break within the assembly and parliament cannot be recognised in the Lok Sabha... This has been clearly stated in the 10th Schedule as well... That is why today, I will write to the Rajya Sabha Chairman, Vice President, a letter to revoke the Rajya Sabha membership of all seven Rajya Sabha MPs."

But it's not over yet😂 -Siddaramaiah to leave for Delhi tonight. -Sonia & Priyanka to make sure that Rahul Ghandy's choice DKS to not get free hand. Pressing for atleast 2-3 Dy CMs. -Siddaramaiah not keen on going to Rajya Sabha. That's real bad news for DKS. -Karnataka State Federation of Backward Class Communities has warned CONgress and its high command that the party will face consequences if Siddaramaiah is replaced. -Lingayats too annoyed with DKS as CM as he represents other dominant caste Vokkaliga. Only positive sign for CONgress is that BJP State Unit is too fragmented to take advantage of the situation AS OF NOW. What happens tomorrow.... nobody knows.

The politics practised in West Bengal for so long defied and rejected our federal structure; instead of cooperating with the Centre, a path of confrontation was adopted, causing all development to stall. Against this backdrop, and placing their faith in the leadership of Narendra Modi, three Members of Parliament resigned from the Trinamool Congress. Today, these three—Sushmita Dev, Prakash Chik Baraik and Sukhendu Sekhar Roy—have joined the Bharatiya Janata Party...These three MPs are stalwarts whose performance in the Rajya Sabha is well-known to everyone..." Why did Raghav Chadha & the other MPs suddenly declare yesterday about the "merger" of the AAP Rajya Sabha unit with the BJP, even though all the 7 MPs were not present? To distract from the lack of response to US President Donald Trump's "India is a hellhole" remark & divert from Ram Madhav ji's confession on India following "US diktats wrt oil". The important thing now : As the AAP unit has 'merged' with the BJP what is constitutional position wrt the remaining 3 AAP Members of Parliament? Does the BJP whip apply to them as well? Rahul Ghandy has screwed not only his PM Ambition but also Priyanka's kids' future😂 Delimitation Bill to be reintroduced in Parliament in monsoon session. Reportedly, Modi Sarkar has managed numbers in changed dynamics after WB & TN elections. 50% flat increase in LS seats for every State & UT. New number of seats: Andhra-38 Assam-21 Bihar-60 Gujarat-39 MP-44 Odisha-32 Haryana-15 Himachal-6 Maharashtra-72 Rajasthan-38 UP-120 Uttarakhand-8 West Bengal-63 Delhi-11 These are the States where CONgress doesn't even exist anymore or is sinking fast or people always prefer voting for .Narendra Modi Ji in LS election despite strong presence of CONgress. Except UP, no CHINDIs also exist in those States. It wasn't possible for Modi Sarkar to go for Delimitation in absence of 2/3 Majority as happened earlier. But now with DMK & fractured TMC, it has become possible. Rahul Ghandy has once again done it for BJP. He allowed communication channels to open between BJP & DMK with his selfish act of backstabbing DMK in greed of power. And what did Jhand got in return? - JUST 2 Ministries & 1 RS seat in Tamil Nadu.😂😂😂
