Ok, this is crazy... The US Air Force found out in 1971 that the rotation of the Earth is driven by the Earth's magnetic field. One thing that I would like to occur is that there needs to be a minimum amount of time Congress is to be on the job in DC. And if they are not, then they need to get a pay cut.
