I always hear Museveni saying that areas with bad government services and poor infrastructure is because they vote against NRM, alas areas that vote 90% Enyaremu(NRM) have the worst infrastructure. Is it because Museveni gave them peace?

Been to paidha on labour day and you wount imagine if that road leads to Goli and padea custom. It used use to be a 30mins travell but nw 2hrs motorcycle and 3hrs Heavy load vehicles from Nebbi. Very absurd and yet this has been an Nrm fertile ground since thy came to power.

Am from nebbi but trust mi those guy are fool coz the are the ones giving mzee much vote and at the end suffer
