It's amazing many of the technologies we use everyday stem from research/use in space first such as highly accurate GPS, cell phone camera technology, memory foam, freeze-dried food, cordless vacuums, and more

Thunderbird is an expandable space station that launches compactly and inflates in orbit to 350 cubic meters of pressurized volume. It is designed for a continuous/sustained presence of a core crew of 4, and up to eight for short stays. It prioritizes greater living and working space, comfort, reconfigurable interiors, and private quarters. SpaceX will also launch the first crew via Crew Dragon on an unspecified date.
