Had a great meeting with Senator Thom Tillis and Senator Ted Budd I learned a lot and saw how much work they are putting in even with everything else going on. North Carolina will always be the priority. I left with a lot of hope for seeing WNC restored. “Esse quam videri”

Missed me? It's been a minute since I last showed up here. School demanded more of me than I expected, so I took some time to focus on that and a few things behind the scenes. I'm grateful to everyone who checked in, reached out and kept me in their thoughts while I was away, it means more than you know. The good news is that I'm back, refreshed and excited for everything I have planned. There's a lot to share, a lot to teach and a lot to look forward to. Tell me, what have you been up to while I was gone?

"why? just hard work from my engineers and from myself to improve me as a driver" 👏🏻👏🏻 🗣️: friday night did you think you had the car to win the race? and do you have an explanation of the difference of pace between you and oscar? lando: "no, i didn't think so. especially after fp1, i didn't. actually, andrea wanted to make a bet with me because i was pretty disappointed with the pace and how the car was handling in fp1. it got a bit better in fp2, but still the ferraris were just on another level. and i really didn't expect to get as close as we did in quali. but the wind changed from friday to saturday, and the saturday wind really suited our car a lot more. we had a lot more confidence in driving the car, so i could push more. and then i certainly felt like i could be on pole yesterday, and i felt like i could win a race today. i think today the race pace was much better than i was expecting. the degradation was much better than i was expecting too. but it was probably one of my best performances personally in terms of driving the car. the fact i can keep up with oscar on this kind of track, where it's impossible to follow, impossible to overtake, i was within eight tenths or something for 40 laps almost. the fact i could do this is what gave me confidence that i would win the race no matter what, whether he boxed early or late or whatever. the pace advantage i had was huge today. but i don't know why. the cars are identical. and i've just been feeling very, very strong lately. i've worked on many areas from last year. i feel much more confident lately with how to extract performance. and i worked a lot with my engineers to understand this car, because it's certainly not an easy car to understand and figure out on how to drive on the limit consistently. so why? just hard work from my engineers and from myself to improve me as a driver and improve my driving. and that is the answer"

it's been more than 10 years, right? since I was 14 to be exact. it's been more than 13 years now. during those 13 years with mark hyung I relied on him so much and learned a lot from him. when I was shaken or unsteady he kept me from falling apart. I've rarely let the members see me cry other than at concerts or performances, but there were times when I've called him over the phone while in tears. to me he's always been more than just a member. even though he's the youngest in his family and I'm the eldest in mine, to me, he really was my hyung ... truly. because he was more of a hyung than any other hyung, I depended on him a lot over those 13 years. I think that's why a lot of people were worried for me, since they know how much I relied on him, so I'm really really grateful.

🦊 the thing i said the most while preparing for this album was “i’m no labels” “i have no labels” and i realized that there’s no need for me to be humble even when i’m making music, i just need to enjoy and express myself 🦊 i think i’ve always been a humble person so i tried to get rid of that (while making the album) and i feel like i was lacking in a lot more ways than i thought 🦊 working with a lot of producers and different people made me think “there are lot of things i’m lacking in, huh?” and it was an opportunity where i could really experience and learn a lot of things
