Very very important This is extremely shocking and the people of India deserve to know this. Last evening, Hon'ble Vice President of India and Rajya Sabha Chairman Sh Jagdeep Dhankar said in the House that "since the last 25 years, I have been an 'Eklavya' of the RSS". He then went on to shower praise on the RSS and said that his only "regret" was that he didn't join the RSS earlier. It was an open admission by the Hon'ble VP & Chair that he's a proud member of the RSS. Hon'ble VP & Chairman has the right to be a member of any organization that he pleases. However, 2 days ago, he expunged & removed parts of the speech of Leader of Opposition Kharge ji where he'd criticized the RSS. It is well-documented fact that the RSS is an organization that has been banned in the past for subversive activities. It is a communal organization and also, for the longest time, refused to accept the Constitution of India. Is it fair for the VP of India to be openly praising the RSS while sitting in a chair where he's expected to be neutral? It is extremely concerning and DANGEROUS that criticism of the RSS even by MPs is now being banned under the Modi Govt because the Chairman is a proud member of the RSS which he has openly admitted.

IS THE SANGH PARIVAR OUT OF TOUCH WITH GEN-Z? RSS chief is holding a mega outreach to connect with Gen-Z. To understand them. That, by itself, is puzzling. After all, the RSS is the world's largest citizen-based voluntary organization. Its gargantuan cadre works in every nook and cranny of this country and therefore, by logical extension, the Sangh should have had its finger on the pulse of crores of Indians. Yet the very need for such an outreach suggests there may be a gap. The Jantar Mantar Gen-Z upsurge appeared to expose the Sangh Parivar's inherent ponderousness and the lack of any credible interlocutor to engage the protestors. This prompts a basic question: Why doesn't the Sangh get Gen-Z? Is it just a function of age? The Sangh top brass is long in the teeth. Its views are often cosseted by the social mores of an era gone by. It is ill at ease with the woke echo chamber that shapes parts of Gen-Z's outlook on life, ambitions, love, sex, gender and much in between. RSS leaders have, over the years, expressed reservations about pre-marital sex and live-in relationships, while the organisation initially opposed the decriminalisation of homosexuality before later saying it did not view homosexuals as criminals and that the issue should be approached as a social one rather than a criminal one. The reaction to this mismatch has been a trifle incongruous, with Sangh "uncles" dismissing the Jantar Mantar protestors as "five-star fringe" that shouldn't be confused with the "real Gen-Z". The "real" Gen-Z for these Sangh ideologues was a sanskari younger version of themselves. Those that paid oblations at religious sites, undertook arduous pilgrimages and contributed to "nation building". But all this answers why the Sangh doesn't get Gen-Z. It doesn't tell us why the saffron parivar didn't see the Gen-Z mood shifting. Here are two possible reasons. First. The feedback loop has, over time, been blinkered by ideology. The Sangh often envisions India through one lens. Perhaps, when it comes to Gen-Z it could think about using a kaleidoscope. The former instinct makes it more likely for it to bracket some grievances as subversion and some protests with suspicion, as seen in its early characterisation of the Jantar Mantar mobilisation. Second. A notion of political invincibility may have convinced sections of the Sangh Parivar that only it knows what's good for the public and the national interest. That's not to say the Sangh isn't prepared to revise its fusty approach. Bhagwat's own outreach is one way of showing that even the Sangh's avuncular top brass is contrite and cares for what Gen-Z thinks. Bhagwat has created an important opportunity for the entire Sangh to open a bridge to Gen-Z. Let's hope the Saffron parivar can narrow the gap with India's future.

RSS militants carried out a march towards the Pakistan border, Khokhrapar–Munabao crossing in Barmer District, in full display of its extremist ideology to mark its 100th anniversary. Today, 38 out of 53 ministers — nearly 75% — hail from the RSS. Infact Narendra Modi and the RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat, who ordered the Samjhauta Express blasts, have an old affiliation which goes back to 1967, when both were 17. Bhagwat’s father Madhukarrao was mentor of Modi. He stayed with the Bhagwat family during his essential training. Today, RSS is the largest Neo Nazi group of the world with an estimated 1.5 – 2 million regular participants in its nearly 57,000 shakhas across 36,293 locations nationwide along with an armed dedicated militia of 600,000. It has presence in atleast 39 countries world wide. India is effectively ruled by the RSS. Its political wing, the BJP, and its activist Prime Minister Modi have turned the Indian state into a vehicle for Hindutva expansionism. The most alarming development is the saffronisation of the Indian military. RSS men are not just influencing policy. They are sitting in high command positions within the armed forces. A recent report revealed that sixty two percent of India’s Sainik Schools, the very institutions that groom future officers, are run by RSS affiliates. This means the next generation of Indian generals will be ideologically trained in Hindutva first and military professionalism later. This deep infiltration has transformed the Indian armed forces into an extension of the RSS agenda rather than a neutral institution of the state. It is the militarisation of extremism. The RSS carries a blood-soaked legacy. It has been responsible for countless pogroms and massacres of Muslims in India. History records it as the organization that carried out the earliest terrorist attacks in the subcontinent including an assassination attempt on Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. India today is not led by professional soldiers or neutral politicians. It is hostage to an extremist group that openly embraces fascism, militancy and terrorism under the garb of nationalism.
