Their recent article is not just an insult to journalism, but to the Israeli women who faced and continue to face horrific sexual violence at the hands of Hamas. The authors of the article knew exactly what narrative they were trying to create before they even wrote the article. By denying Hamas' systematic crimes against humanity, the authors of this article are not only ensuring impunity for conflict-related sexual violence but are also discrediting victims of sexual violence everywhere.
