@sherieanntorres Sa nangyayari ngayon nagpapatotoo lamang na di dapat kailangan ng confidential funds ng mga sibilyan ahensya ng pamahalaan (OP, OVP, DepEd etc) bagkos idagdag ito sa kakarampot na Intel Fund ng AFP,NICA,PNP, sila ang may kasanayan at kakayahan vs. dito sa banta ng terorismo.
