what if the church has not only been asleep but also deceived for centuries? what if every bit of everything you have ever experienced or studied was planned, with the sole intent of destroying your faith in the end? what if the one true interpretation of revelation had been hidden from the church and not only has Yeshua(Jesus) already returned (is still here) but hasatan has been released and we are living during hasatans short season of deception? What if we are those deceived nations? What happens when every modern accepted camp of eschatology fails to come to fruition one by one. Sure, if the rapture fails to play out like the pre-mill dispensationist's interpretation, they can then surrender to mid-trib, when that fails they can move to post-trib or even to the preterist point of view, but in the end when all prophecy seems to have been full filled to a T (according to your favorite podcaster, social media star or pastor) and the most important part of that prophecy(Yeshua's triumphant return) does not come to fruition, Lucifer might just show up to remind you what a liar God, Yahua, Elohim is and offer you his version of the millennium utopia instead.

Christians are not asleep. We see and are not surprised at all. And yes, the revelation of Jesus Christ will happen and He will use both good and evil to bring that revelation to pass. Many people and haven’t read and understood the foretelling of His plans.
