While the SNP focus on division & a second independence referendum, Scotland’s public services continue to decline. Too many Scots are on NHS waiting lists, too few houses are being built & too little focus is on delivery. The SNP must start delivering for Scotland.

There are more people on a 2+ year waiting list in NHS Tayside than in the whole of England. Our NHS will not survive a third decade of the SNP.

I want to improve the lives of people in Scotland, other parties are trying to stop us. Cut the cost of living. Improve our NHS. Secure the choice of independence. The SNP will always be on Scotland’s side.

This morning, data for cancer waiting times in May was released for the NHS in England. Like Jules, thousands of people in England are still facing long waits for cancer tests and treatment. Staff across the system are doing their very best, but this has been going on for years. Many are burnt out and stretched to breaking point. What exactly are we waiting for? The UK Government needs to take urgent action. Join our campaign ➡️

Speaking to GRADO about his struggle to get treatment shows exactly how under the SNP our NHS is failing patients. Scottish Labour fix the mess by bringing down waits.

There are two groups of people in WoW Forever.. There are the people who are in Olympus and the people who aren't in Olympus yet." "A lot of the people that are mad about me are fat in real life.. They are used to getting their way by being fat.. So many snowflakes.. I'm glad to see people pushing back on this."

"I don't see ADC as an opposition party: I see them as an association of people that are desperate for power. Individuals that are discredited, individuals that have no hope in hell of moving this nation forward. The opposition has collapsed in Nigeria. There is no opposition because they don't even know how to be in opposition. How can they keep the Government on its toes when they are busy bickering amongst themselves, fighting amongst themselves and they are fast asleep in bed snoring!"- Femi Fani-Kayode

This must be the last winter the SNP is in charge of our NHS. In Shetland and across the Highlands and Islands, long waits, staff shortages, and families travelling hundreds of miles for care are becoming the norm. It’s not our NHS staff failing - it’s the SNP government that hasn’t planned properly. In May, we can change that. Help save Scotland’s NHS and make rural healthcare a priority with Scottish Labour:

Living standards in the UK are flat as a pancake and Westminster governments are unable and unwilling to address that. Independence is about having the full powers to tackle the cost of living crisis - and it’s for people in Scotland to decide.

Under the SNP, people in Scotland get the best cost of living support in the UK. But I want us to do more, and that’s what our manifesto is about. Tomorrow I will set out how we can put more money in people’s pockets, improve our NHS and deliver the fresh start of independence.

On the Today programme this morning, I explained the stark reality of the conditions ambulance staff are working in. They’re going on strike on Wednesday, as a last resort, to draw attention to the problems in our NHS.

This week, the Chancellor only offered higher taxes while the country stagnates. It does not have to be this way. As I said to Looking for Growth, our leaders are failing us, but our people as great as they ever were. Decline is a choice. Let’s reject it.

Today, I stood in parliament and asked Wes Streeting about the shocking state of waiting lists in NHS Ayrshire & Arran. There are more patients in Ayrshire and Arran waiting more than a year for treatment than in the entire South West of England.
