Got introduced to , an AI code assistant specialised for Unity by Julian Park and after dabbling with it for a day, I am really impressed with how good it is for vibe coding on the Unity Game Engine. Bezi early impressions: - Bezi works direcly on Unity with a Plugin, this means that I don't need a Unity MCP - Because Bezi is built for Unity, the success rate of feature implementations is visibly higher than general coding models - It was able to integrate Unity store assets like a Weather system to this game pretty seamlessly - I was able to add a fishing database, lighting and weather systems into this game fairly quickly I'm very impressed with the results with Bezi so far. I feel that vibe coding a full indie game on Unity and releasing it on Steam, Mobile and Web is within reach. I think I discovered the cheapest way to code with AI 😁 I tried GLM 4.5 on Claude Code and I'm really amazed how good this model is! I usually test with my nextjs crm app benchmark so I asked it to do that. Prompt "create a nextjs app which is a crm app. use sqlite for the database and use api routes to manage connecting to the database from the frontend" My observations - Generation feels like Sonnet 4 intelligence - Speed is great - It used create-next-app so it bootstrapped nextjs v15.5.2 - It created a sqlite database and used Prisma ORM and helped me easily add seed data - I needed a few prompts to iron out minor issues but all's good. It didn't struggle or got stuck. - Spent $0.50 for this app. Could be way cheaper with the Z.ai sub plans After trying, I can say GLM 4.5 model is up there as the best open source model for coding. Write 100x better code using AI (for free!) Install the Codacy extension (VSCode, Cursor, WindSurf). This will install an MCP Server locally on your computer. Your coding copilot will use this server with the Codacy CLI to check every line of code it generates. The way this works is pretty awesome (assuming you are using Cursor): 1. You ask Cursor to generate some code 2. Cursor writes the code 3. Cursor then calls Codacy's MCP Server to check it 4. The MCP Server will use the Codacy CLI to find any issues 5. I’m usually skeptical of “AI workspace” products, but Bloome has a few ideas I actually like: You can put humans + multiple agents in the same conversation. One agent can draft something, another can poke holes in it, and another can clean up the final version. You can also bring in different agents/models like Claude, ChatGPT, DeepSeek, etc. instead of constantly bouncing between tabs. And because the whole conversation stays in context, teammates can join later and still understand how the work got to the final output. It also works across web, desktop, and mobile, though if you’re using it for real work, I’d especially recommend trying the desktop app. Feels closer to how real teams actually work.
