While we are making significant progress on housing, meeting demand is still a challenge. We are committed to doing everything we can to keep increasing supply. But what’s making the problem worse is the number of developments which are being objected to by Sinn Féin.

He flagrantly supports policies that enable greedy investment funds to monopolise homes intended for regular families, showing a callous indifference to the critical housing needs of citizens. His explanations for the housing crisis are not only pathetically inadequate but reek of blatant dishonesty and manipulation. Blaming the opposition for his own monumental failures is akin to a chef blaming the diners for a disastrous meal. This level of conduct is beyond disgraceful; it's a cynical display of moral corruption, a complete abandonment of ethical responsibilities, and a slap in the face to those he's supposed to serve. Get this lunatic out of Irish politics forever at the coming General Election #HowIrelandWorks #ClownShow #HousingDisaster

Open borders means there’s infinite demand. Why should the Irish taxpayer foot the bill for the world’s scroungers? Why should we suffer higher accommodation costs so some MNCs can generate higher profits?

If you increase supply but don't prevent vulture funds from buying up that supply, then it worse than useless. It's actually creating a bigger problem.
