Regarding Sale's Balk... Basically what I said. It's the David Price/Hybrid windup rule. Sale didn't declare he was going from the windup for that hitter (even though he did declare he was pitching from the windup for the previous hitter). Sale's done this his entire career and never had to declare batter by batter. It's something that's given leeway generally, but wasn't in this situation.
