You just put your money in that, you're making 10-11% a year, and it can go up every year, and you don't have to pay taxes. You don't have to pay property tax. You don't have to pay insurance. HUD says it’s unclear how many undocumented people got FHA loans, because they never tracked citizenship status properly. The claim the number was small, illegal residents were only a few percent of FHA loans at most. The policy now is simple: only U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents can get new FHA loans. They closed the loophole for everyone else effective May 2025. For people already in those homes, the loans stay in place. There’s no mass foreclosure or clawback happening. The focus is on deporting people who are here illegally through regular ICE enforcement, not tying it to their mortgage. If someone gets deported, the house usually just gets sold or transferred like any other foreclosure. Taxpayers are still on the hook for any defaults on those old loans. It’s bizarre, because I get asked every time I purchased a home, to provide a Social Security number. I strongly believe all departments, banks, and officials involved in getting illegals into homes here should be prosecuted.

This woman lived in a town called Northside in Fort Worth, Texas She says they have check cashing places that don’t check IDs, the area is Hispanic and after they get their money they walk across the street to the Western Union and send it to Mexico. There are lines of illegals “This little check cashing place called Cambiamos Cheques. It's a place where you go if you don't have a bank or very good ID, and they charge you a fee and you cash your check. And of course every Friday there was a line of people from the neighborhood, getting their check cash. And one thing I noticed one day is that certain people would go and cash their check in the, you know, the check cashing area. And then they'd move right down to the Western Union window where they would send money. Now I didn't know what was going on because I was new to Texas, new to the world, new to check cashing, new to all of it. So I asked my girlfriend, hey, you know, why do I see so many people in line at the Western Union? And she just said, oh, it's because they're sending money home. And I said, home? She said, yeah, like back to Mexico. They're sending money home. Then she's proceeded to explain to me that it's mostly illegal immigrants that are here working under the table, taking their checks and getting them cashed and then sending most of that money. They would keep maybe a couple hundred bucks out of their check and send most of it back to their families in Mexico. Now at the time, I didn't really think anything of it. But with all of the discussion about all of the money, that American taxpayer dollars have shelled out in order to support illegal immigrants in our country. I thought I would look into what that meant for both America and Mexico. So as it sits, as of 2023, Mexico is the second largest country in the world to receive remittance payments, payments from places like Western Union, and they receive about $63 billion a year” These illegals are sending billions of dollars of our money back to Mexico every year and then signing up for all our benefits so they get housing, healthcare, food stamps and everything else

But you know who does have to have that? Americans. So basically the system is loyal to the outsiders as usual. I'm 47 years old, I'm further away from being able to purchase a home than I ever have been. And I've made some decent money throughout my life as a single mom. It's not been easy to save money and I'm not gonna lie, I have a high utilization when it comes to my credit cards and I have been trying my damnedest to pay them off and I'm even further away from that. And that's because of past 4 years regardless of what anybody says. I'm a licensed electrical contractor in the state of Florida. The only way that I can hire an undocumented worker is illegal. I either pay them cash or they provide me fake documents showing that they have a Social Security card or they have some sort of work permit that's fake. That's the only way. But there's a loophole: Let's just say that the employee is Pedro. So Pedro comes in and says, hey, how about I use my LLC because I have a lawn service or a carpet cleaning service or whatever. And Pedro forms Pedro LLC. He gets workers comp exempt because he's the only employee and you don't need workers comp if you're a self employed individual. So now he just has liability insurance. And liability insurance is pretty cheap for carpet cleaning. So now I can pay him from my corporation to his corporation to his LLC. And the only thing that I'm required to have is prove that he's got liability and workers comp. I didn't pay in payroll taxes. I didn't pay workers comp. I didn't pay any of that. He didn't. He didn't have to worry about labor laws. I don't have to pay him overtime. He doesn't have to make minimum wage. It's just an invoice from a corporation to a corporation and that's how it's done. So don't tell me there's no cash in contracting. There's no cash in construction.
