Why do Serbians have full access to U.S. voting machines and are able to vote? Their own Dominion Rep was caught at their own sales convention explaining their internet capabilities and the existence of modems and working with ALL major carriers, with access to 3G, and 4G networks with remote access, even in Mongolia.
