The Bengals have a head coach in Zach Taylor and a de facto GM in Duke Tobin that wouldn’t be hired in those positions by any other team in pro football. In my opinion they have next year to earn their keep or they are the next problems to be removed.

All they needed this year was even a semi-competent kicking game. Their lack of a decent kicker cost them two games which is why they were 9-8 instead of 11-6.

Everytime I hear Whit speak on these situations I think this guys knows what he is talking about! The Bengals need to listen to him too!

Respectfully - live Whit but he didn’t say anything. Would love 2 hear WHAT they should do differently to get a fast start. What changes should be made in camp? OTAs? The culture? Etc. What did Rams/other teams do that Bengals don’t? What do Bengals do that other teams don’t? Etc
