This spotter and crane operator are both professionals. I spent 40 years doing this kind of work. Only the best are allow to spot. There is a lot at stake. Injury, equipment damage, and damage to the pieces being assembled. In this case, damage to the bolting threads could cost thousands to replace.

Props to the fabricator, insane getting all those bolts perfectly straight and the holes drilled perfectly.
