I agree 100% but Mexico does have some beautiful cities with incredible architecture. Except for indigenous towns they definitely are shitholes. Europeans built these beautiful cities in Mexico and it's probably the Europeans that upkeep those cities.

Just to confirm what he is saying Chicago has 1bn $ deficit because our black Mayor miss appropriated the funds to the lowest earning communities(blacks) and now he will tax the highest earning communities. Talk about providing a point for who is good with money!!!
