White people commit more crimes than Black people that’s a fact let’s stop the fallse narrative

Why can black people not understand the concept of "per capita"?

We not even 13% of the population. That number is a lie. For hundreds of years we’ve only been 13% in our country? I’d dare say we’re at least over 45%. You can’t number the children of Israel. And we all know the cavers commit most of the crime.

People still believing that 13% lie . They gave a bad luck number in 1889 and you would have to be stupid to believe our numbers haven’t changed smh
