Systems created from racism cannot be reformed. That is why we keep seeing the same thing happen over and over again… with police and with ICE. An unarmed Black man, in Milwaukee, was shot in the head three times after being tased and restrained by five officers. Meanwhile, just 80 miles away, a white man was actively on top of a police officer, assaulting him… and was taken into custody without being shot. We have seen this same disparity play out over and over again. And we will continue to see this happen because… American policing is deeply rooted in systems created to control and hunt down Black populations... and ICE was created from a system rooted in racial exclusion, and the criminalization of immigrants. And we see the consequences of that history every single day. The problem is not just a few bad officers/agents, or a lack of training. The problem is not just that the wrong person was hired… These systems were built on racism. They were built to use state violence against certain people. You cannot reform a system whose foundation is rotten. You cannot train racism out of a system created by racism. You cannot reform your way out of a structure that is operating how it was designed to operate. At some point, we have to stop asking how to make these systems work better… And we have to start asking why we keep defending systems that were never designed to protect people in the first place.

Tesla Model YL impressed the heck out of me! I’ve seen all the reviews and noticed many of the same things, so I won’t repeat what others have said, but I want to highlight stuff I haven’t seen many/any people talk about! TL;DR: passenger space is plentiful and not an issue, best model Tesla sells. Game changer for families. Passenger space/comfort I am 6’2 and can comfortably fit in all 3 rows even when adjusting them all to fit me-sized humans! Leg room is 100% not an issue. The only catch is 3rd row headroom. In a proper seating position, my head hit the glass. However, another guy who was 6’0 sat back there and was totally fine, so torso length matters! Even for me, a lil slouch or scooting my butt forward and it was totally fine. 6 adults can easily and comfortably fit in YL for sure. The thigh supports in the front row do absolutely nothing for anyone taller than probably 5’8. Very underwhelming. The captain’s chairs recline REALLY far, almost laying down, combined with the heated AND air conditioned seats and the first two rows are positively luxurious. Arm rests are also great and very sturdy. They come up high enough to still be comfy even for a tall guy like me. Tons of rear vents, air flow was really good and consistent throughout. Trunk space The sub-trunk cover magnetically attaching to the 3rd row seat-back is a great way to claw back some of the lost space when the 3rd row is up. Makes it very usable. Also, people have criticized the bump when the 3rd row is down, but there’s a pair of little folding arms (4th pic) that pops up and makes it totally flat. Great design! Head rests They are adjustable up and down via a mechanical button that you press and hold and just lift/lower the headrest by hand. (3rd video) Pretty decent amount of travel, and a huge improvement! These are on the 1st row AND the captain’s chairs! Camping I had a quick chance to fold all the seats down and climb in on my belly and close the trunk, and this is a huge improvement over the normal Y. I sleep in our 2023 Y all the time and it’s great, but it’s only barely enough room and only with the front seats allllll the way forward. Tesla Model YL impressed the heck out of me! I’ve seen all the reviews and noticed many of the same things, so I won’t repeat what others have said, but I want to highlight stuff I haven’t seen many/any people talk about! TL;DR: passenger space is plentiful and not an issue, best model Tesla sells. Game changer for families. Passenger space/comfort I am 6’2 and can comfortably fit in all 3 rows even when adjusting them all to fit me-sized humans! Leg room is 100% not an issue. The only catch is 3rd row headroom. In a proper seating position, my head hit the glass. However, another guy who was 6’0 sat back there and was totally fine, so torso length matters! Even for me, a lil slouch or scooting my butt forward and it was totally fine. 6 adults can easily and comfortably fit in YL for sure. Who joined her? John Roberts. Along with Sotomayor, Kagan, and Jackson. The usual liberal bloc did what the usual liberal bloc does. But Barrett and Roberts had the power to stop this and chose not to. This is not a surprise from Roberts at this point. But Barrett? This is the justice we were promised would be different. This is the justice we fought for. This is the justice who just handed the left exactly what they wanted on mail-in ballot integrity. Five to four. One vote. That is the margin by which election integrity lost today. Alito, Thomas, Gorsuch, and Kavanaugh dissented. Alito was scathing. He wrote that allowing ballots to pour in after Election Day, while preliminary results are already being reported publicly, creates greater opportunity for fraud and risks further destroying public confidence in our elections. The best really is yet to come. These aren’t just words. I am here to tell you that there is an unstoppable plan in motion. The Australian government does not deserve our trust, or our respect. Today, Minister Penny Wong sat back in her chair grappling for words, desperately looking for the right lie to tell. It is worse than dishonest - it is an absolute lack of care. Penny Wong came to this country when she was 8 years old. She came to a country that afforded her the ability to become who she is, and she is now doing her part to destroy it. Back in the 70’s, when she came, Australia was a fair-minded place and a great place to be. Yet here she is... Here in Australia. Undermining our country and lying to our faces. Because she can’t tell the truth. Because if she did, it would destroy any semblance of care for Australia tied to her old party’s Labor brand. It would say the quiet part out loud. The truth. The truth that the Albanese government is more interested in the fortunes of the ISIS brides, women who chose to leave this country to go and fight against our people, than those of us that can’t find or afford a place to live here at home. I am tired of being told how to think by people that completely lack morals and couldn’t care less. People that are elected and paid to operate in the national interest but always put their twisted ethics and back pockets ahead of our nation and our people. I don’t know when Labor stopped caring about Australian workers or worse, when they started hating Australia, but they have and they do. The absolute lack of opposition, the lack of authentic choice has pushed us into a place where these absolute traitors to the interests of the people who pay them - goes entirely unchecked. We are careening out of control, unchecked migration, an energy grid that is just about to collapse, no industry to speak of, and no good reason to start or maintain a business in this place. It happened fast, but those of us who pay our taxes and take risks to make Australia a better place, are being undermined and white-anted by our politicians. The people we are forced to trust, and must pretend to respect, because they have the force of law on their side. Not because they are any good at their jobs. Not because they have earned our affection. No. Simply because they are in charge and there is little to nothing that can be done about it. It is becoming apparent that the two party system has outlived its useful life. Too much corruption, too many words too carefully chosen in a pantomime between to political forces that don’t really want to change anything. They just want to have their go, to have their turn to jam their grubby hands into the till. Surely with this major and catastrophic failure by the so-called Honourable Minister Senator Wong, the people will be able to see through the veil and into the absolute and irresponsible lack of care at the heart of this deceitful Labor government. They lie about everything, and they can, because they don’t have an opposition worthy of the title. I am growing more confident by the day that the only solution to our woes is a new political force, a fresh, Australia first force, that will act in the national interest and put all these corrupt and useless used-car salesmen red and blue in the dustbin of history. It can’t come soon enough. Time is short. I just want Australia back.

I was in the Oval Office today for the launch of the Invest America / Trump Accounts initiative. Here are my takeaways: 1. This program may have the most bipartisan support of anything I have ever seen. Everyone, regardless of political party, understands the power of giving young children money to compound over decades. 2. While the government and current administration should get immense credit for the program, there were many private citizens like Brad Gerstner, Michael Dell 🇺🇸 and others that persistently pursued the idea until it became reality. They quite literally changed the course of millions of lives with this idea. 3. It will quickly become a game of status for people to donate to fund the accounts. The Dell Family gave over $6 billion. SpaceX’s Gwynne Shotwell gave more than $300 million today. Brad Gerstner is adopting every child in the state of Indiana to give money to their accounts. The list goes on and on already… 4. Companies will begin making contributions core parts of their perk packages for employees. Corporations like Bank of America, JPMorgan, Robinhood and others have already announced these efforts. 5. The Oval Office is surprisingly small in size, but the historical significance of the room is palpable the second you walk into it. The President called it “the most important room in the world” today and I walked away thinking that was accurate. 6. This idea of Invest America accounts has become a magnet for the world’s most successful people. I saw Larry Fink, David Solomon, Lisa Su, and many other Fortune 500 CEOs in attendance for the Rose Garden lunch. It is hard for an idea to fail when this many people are behind it. 7. The Rose Garden was very nicely done. I had been to the White House before, but never to the Oval Office or the Rose Garden. Both seemed elevated compared to the rest of the White House and surrounding buildings. It sounds like the new ballroom will also be a modern structure that mirrors this elevated approach. 8. The staff and admin team in the White House are generous and genuine. Each person was kind, gracious, and seemed to be at the top of their game. Sometimes you go to places and are disappointed with the let down from your expectations, but this was not the case with the White House team. All professionals doing their job. 9. The media loves Trump way more than they let on publicly. Many of the mainstream hosts and anchors were joking around with him like it is one big club, while simultaneously laughing at his jokes and being much more friendly than I expected. He seems to be good for their business, so it makes sense why the public narrative and private interactions don’t appear to match. 10. I never thought I would see a day where NYSE 🏛 and Nasdaq collaborated on an event like this, including the ringing of both bells by one person at the same time. I guess anything is possible if kids are involved. Overall, this was an awesome experience. I know some people like this administration and some people don’t. I learned from Kevin O'Leary aka Mr. Wonderful to focus on policies, not politicians. And the Invest America accounts are objectively a great idea that will hopefully spread like wildfire in the years to come.
