This is perhaps the most important and powerful case against AUKUS that I've heard, especially because it comes from one of Australia's preeminent strategic thinkers: Hugh White, inaugural Director of the Australian Strategic Policy Institute (ASPI) and former Deputy Secretary for Strategy and Intelligence in the Australian Department of Defence. Here's what he says: - White argues that the era of Anglo-Saxon (British and American) dominance in the Western Pacific is ending. He states: "We are facing one of the, perhaps the biggest transformation in our shared international setting since European settlement." This transformation is driven by China's rise as an economic and military power comparable to the United States. - As a result he argues that there's no alternative to treating China as an equal partner: "Nobody really knows what America's aim in Asia is. But one thing's for sure, nobody in Washington thinks they should treat China as an equal partner. A person asks Sadhguru, “How much weight training exercise do you recommend?” And Sadhguru answers, “Weight training is not useful, but do 25-50 Surya-Namaskars, it is complete exercise.” First of all, I am not sure why anyone would ask someone like Sadhguru, who is most of the time, in another dimension, a question on exercise and weight training. And secondly, Sadhguru is just plain wrong. Weight (or strength) training is one of the most important aspects of exercise regimen you can include in your daily or 3-4 times a week physical activity because there is great science behind its benefits. I advise my obese or sarcopenic (very poor muscle mass in advanced liver disease) patients to include weight training to improve clinical outcomes. The highest level of scientific evidence showed that standard muscle-strengthening activities were associated with lower risk of death in patients with non-communicable diseases – including cardiovascular disease, diabetes and lung cancer. Another metanalysis showed strong evidence for a considerable risk reduction of strength training for 60 minutes a week, on all-cause death (−15%), cardiovascular disease death (−19%), and cancer death (−14%). See here: here Sadhguru says the older we get, the better we do not weight train. He is again absolutely wrong. The findings of another systematic review/metanalysis support power (strength) training as an effective therapeutic intervention for improving physical function in adults diagnosed with frailty (poor physical function in old age) and patients with chronic medical conditions. See here: In fact, another study on strength training, this one again a metanalysis, concluded that strength training interventions can be used as a non-drug treatment for hypertension (!), as they promote significant decreases in blood pressure. See here: Strength training also reduces significantly, chronic inflammation as shown in another high quality systematic review and meta-analysis. See here: Resistance/Strength training improved muscle mass and muscle strength, thereby improving performance status. Improved performance status is a wonderful benchmark for an active and healthy life. Surya Namaskar or Sun Salutation is a sequence of around twelve yoga poses connected by jumping or stretching movements, varying somewhat between various Yoga schools – which means, it has no regulation or standardization unlike weight training. In Iyengar Yoga there is a way, in Ashtanga Vinayasa Yoga there is Type A and B and there are other types followed by other schools or Yoga teachers. Along with the stretching and jumping, which is done is a slow and steady manner, the practice includes chanting a “mantra” calling out twelve names of the Sun God. In its classical form, Surya Namaskar is not an exercise, and is not aerobic. The energy cost of exercise is measured in units of metabolic equivalent of task (MET). Less than 3 METs counts as light exercise; 3 to 6 METs is moderate; 6 or over is vigorous. American College of Sports Medicine and American Heart Association guidelines count periods of at least 10 minutes of moderate MET level activity towards their recommended daily amounts of exercise. For healthy adults aged 18 to 65, the guidelines recommend moderate exercise for 30 minutes five days a week, or vigorous aerobic exercise for 20 minutes three days a week. Surya Namaskar in its classical form has a measly 2.9 METs and in its rigorous form (some people perform mutated highly active forms of Surya Namaskar to make it feel like an exercise) can go up to 7.4 METs – which requires a lot of jumping and little stretching and no time to chant the Sun God names - does not even come close to strength training by any margin. Those who are part of the Surya Namaskar and Yoga cult would provide anecdotal experiences on its benefits (please see comment section) through non-classical forms and would call it an “exhilarating experience.” Experiences are not scientific, evidence are. Many Yoga journals and some dubious and third rate Ayurveda journals have also have published on such experiences in small group of patients, which are not validated or published in better journals [like this junk here: There are no metanalysis level data to prove effectiveness of Surya Namaskar as beneficial as aerobic exercise or better than strength training as Sadhguru claims. Do Surya namaskar if you are doing nothing. But upgrade to strength training if you want something. And stop listening to pseudoscience peddlers who speak religion and culture for your healthcare needs. Sadhguru suffers seriously from Dunning Kruger fallacy: a type of cognitive bias, where people with little expertise or ability assume they have superior expertise or ability. This overestimation occurs because of the fact that they don’t have enough knowledge to know they don’t have enough knowledge.

"The Trump administration is discussing the possibility of asylum for British Jews, because they believe it is no longer safe for the Jewish people living in that country. A member of the administration said, I don't believe there is a future for Jews in the United Kingdom. It is true that anti-Semitism in Europe, in England, are at numbers that we have never seen before. But I would raise the issue that antisemitism in the United States is at numbers that we have never seen before. Antisemitism directed at the Jewish community coming from the left, and now we have a dramatic increase of antisemitism coming from the right. And that's why I am so perplexed. Looking at the photo of Tucker Carlson at the White House with our presidents. Let me make it very, very clear. Donald Trump has been amazing when it comes to the Jewish community. When it comes to the wellbeing of Israel, no president in our history comes close to the friendship, to the kind of alliance that has existed, as with the Trump administration during the first term and now during the second term. It has been remarkable. And that's why it is so perplexing to understand someone like Tucker Carlson using his very, very popular show, promoting anti-Semites, Holocaust deniers, guys who Hitler was a great guy. I think everyone knows and understands what's going on. This is not about deplatforming anybody. Tucker Carlson can have every anti-Semite and every hater in the world on his show. That's fine. But why is he being legitimized by being with our great president? I just don't understand. On the Crisis of Purpose and the Task of the Higher Man It is no longer a secret that the American nation, and the Western world as a whole, lack purpose. They are atomized, childless, estranged from nature, surrounded by lies, and increasingly aware, if only inarticulately, that the world around them is not made for them and will not preserve them. The old template—attend a university, launch a profession, raise a family, find comfort in upward mobility—has collapsed. Fewer than four in ten college students today are White men. Of those who attend, many graduate into institutions openly hostile to their existence. Fewer still enter professions that offer continuity, respect, or meaning. The rest drift into precarious labor, pornography, escapism, and digital sedation. Depression, anxiety, addiction, and suicide are no longer marginal phenomena. They define the psychological condition of the White male under liberal empire. The situation for women is no better. Unconditional support for Israel by the current administration is also often explained through religion. The most striking representative of this rhetoric is Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth — he has repeatedly displayed his tattoos in the form of crosses, alluding to the ideology of crusaders about aggressive Christian conquests. ❗️On the ground, including at military bases, pastors-"Christian Zionists" work more precisely, hammering into Americans' heads that the return of Jews to the Holy Land and control over it are the fulfillment of prophecies, necessary for the Second Coming of Christ. 🔻Their most striking representatives: ▪️Pastor John Hagee — founder of the largest Christian Zionist organization in the US, "Christians United for Israel". He preaches that much of the Middle East will become part of Israel during the "thousand-year reign of Christ from Jerusalem". His influence on the evangelical electorate is enormous. ▪️Pastor Greg Laurie — an influential preacher, openly lamenting that he is not Jewish, and calling himself "white trash". Some people ask, 'Why does this matter? Why not just forget about Erika Kirk and move on' The reason we can’t ignore it is simple. We’re talking about someone who has influence within one of the most effective youth organizations in the country. This organization has the ears and attention of young people on a massive scale. Millions of dollars are spent on events like those run by Turning Point so figures like Ben Shapiro can speak to young audiences and indirectly try to convince them why they should die for Israel a foreign country that does not share the same goals or values that we do. So, is Erika Kirk important? Yes. Her importance comes from the network and influence behind her. That’s where the real power lies. With the platforms and backing she has, she has the ability to shape ideas and influence thousands of students on college campuses. Those students are our future presidents, politicians, and corporate leaders, and it absolutely matters who is whispering in their ears. That literally is the future of your country. You can’t deny it’s true, because Charlie Kirk showed you how big of an influence this organization could have. Charlie Kirk built an incredibly successful movement that motivated many young people to pursue positive goals. But the same machinery that once directed people toward constructive action and the right ideals can just as easily push them in a different direction. We’re also seeing unusual alliances and appearances involving figures like Nicki Minaj and Ben Shapiro. At the same time, people like Tucker Carlson and Megyn Kelly weren’t immediately pushed aside, because doing that all at once would be too obvious. But that doesn’t mean it won’t happen gradually. Turning Point USA is not just another organization. It regularly intersects with the White House and with some of the most influential voices in America. Those voices then shape the thinking of the next generation. So Joseph Boot interviewed Dr. P. Andrew Sandlin at ReformCon. The topic was biblical manhood and masculinity, despite the fact that Sandlin is a land whale. But as bad as the optics are, his argumentation is worse: 🐋There are counterfeit masculinities in the world, usually focused on physical strength (duh). 🐋Bronze Age Mindset (BAM) is an example of such a masculinity, which correctly diagnoses the problems of feminism and the gynocracy, but pushes men away from “weak” Christianity and toward a Greco-Roman paganism of strong gods. There is a focus on lifting weights as well as getting a lot of sun. It’s also apparently very gay. 🐋BAM is actually just a recapitulation of Third Reich ideology (literally H*tler is literally all they have). 🐋BAM promotes the strong white male form as the ideal, somehow(?) in accordance with natural law. 🐋Young reformed guys on the dissident right do not buy into BAM, but nevertheless, their definition of masculinity tends to be marked by some of these same concepts. 🐋Sandlin concedes that most reformed men have not even read this book, but he believes that Stephen Wolfe read it since he uses a lot of the same terms coined in BAM. So I guess the idea is that Wolfe spread BAM’s terminology to the dissident right without referencing the source? “Trashworld” is one of those terms, allegedly. 🐋And so finally, these young reformed men put on the “Trashworld” conference, unknowingly spreading paganism as found in BAM. QED for Sandlin’s dumbass argument. Where to begin with this slanderous tripe? So because there’s this book out there promoting a masculinity based in Greco-Roman paganism, any Christian man that likewise values physical strength has internalized that paganism?! Secondly, Andrew Isker 🌳🪓 gave the opening speech at the Right Response Ministries Trashworld conference, where he literally defined what was meant by Trashworld! (I’m pretty sure Isker popularized the term, not Wolfe.) Trashworld doesn’t mean that the world is all garbage. This video is propaganda. It functioned to keep Sargon in beer money, and the population of the UK in denial about race. Like all good lies, it contains elements of truth, of which Sargon supplies massive helpings - far more than most propagandists ever dare - but it's effective... The first two minutes and 32 seconds are all true, by which time your brain trusts him, and you see him as being on your side as a White native Englishman. Of course right from the start he picks the easiest of targets (put a box of cornflakes next to a Guardian journalist and it will look like a patriot). And then (at 2:33) you get: "...but luckily for everyone else, being English is not just about being a race...". He continues: "...it's a particular way of viewing the world much as anything else", "...saying that I as an individual matter; every human matters". Of course Carl is not in any way wrong to identify and celebrate various English cultural artefacts as English, nor is he wrong to identify them as cultural, but the trick being done is to cut away their moorings from the DNA of the people who created them. Top 100 of 80s games or not? Personally, I think Archon (1983 by Free Fall Associates) is still one of the best and most unique games ever made. And above all, even 40+ years later it still has an incredibly high (re)playability level. Sure, the graphics and sound could be better - but the concept is timeless. I have no doubt it will still be remembered (and played) in 10, 20, maybe even 50 years from now. What made Archon special was - among other things - the mix chess-like strategic board play and real-time arcade combat in a way that felt revolutionary for its era. While pure chess games existed, none had taken them to the next level and mixed in action sequences like Archon did. As a result it probably attracted a lot more gamers than a pure chess game ever would have. The board features three types of squares: permanent light, permanent dark, and "changing" squares that switch between different shades (from bright to dark, including greens). Your unit's strength (hit points, damage, etc.) gets a boost when standing on a square matching its side's alignment during combat. Timing and tactics mattered to take full advantage of this feature. Also different from traditional chess were the win conditions: you had to eliminate all enemy units, or control the five special "power points" on the board. But the real kicker were the units that you controlled (or fought against). Unlike chess, white and black had asymmetrical units with distinct movement speeds/ranges, hit points, attack styles (projectiles, area effects, flight, etc.), and special powers. One of the best 2-player games ever for 8-bit systems back in the day. I always felt it would be a great project for a modern remake.

When you see horrific videos like this pop up on your feed over and over again, you will inevitably ask yourself at some point: "How on Earth is it possible that Black people seemingly have no "OFF" switch when it comes to violence? They are always ganging up in groups on a single helpless victim, and wailing on them long after they are unconscious, often killing them. WHY?" Allow me to explain in terms that a 3rd grader could understand 👇 In a nutshell, it all comes down to differing brain chemistry between the races, which is actually downstream from FOOD AVAILABILITY in their ancestral homelands. Whites evolved in colder climates (Europe) Blacks evolved in warmer climates (Africa) Food is more scarce in colder climates, which required the White brain to develop long-term thinking skills (more advanced hunting techniques, farming, storage to maintain the food during rough weather periods, etc.) which quite literally FORCED their brains to become bigger in size and have higher IQ. Those who didn't, were quickly starved off in the winter and removed from the gene pool. Food is abundant in southern climates like Africa, so none of these long-term thinking forcing functions existed. For their entire ancestral history, Africans could wake up, grab some fruit off a tree, and if they wanted meat, SPRINT down an animal right outside of their hut, often in groups that ganged up on the animal to take it down. These differences in optimization (mental vs. physical), as a downstream result of ancestral food availability, perfectly explains why today we see: - Whites have superior IQ/long-term thinking skills (dominant in all intellectual areas, and societies are more civilized) - Blacks have superior physical/athletic capability (dominant in sprinting sports and most sports in general, but societies are more primitive) Sadly, one of the downsides of lower IQ, is lower impulse-control (this is the first thing you lose when you have a less-developed prefrontal cortex, as Blacks biologically do as a result of the ancestral/evolutionary processes outlined above). This is the simple reason why Blacks act so differently in fighting scenarios than Whites, ganging up and not having an "off" switch once they go into violence mode. They evolved in the jungle, tribing up with others in their village, working as a team to take down their target during their hunt. (They don't have the same mental connection between action and consequence in a civilized society as Whites do). Nothing I just explained should be controversial. I'm not saying anyone is "better" than anyone else, just that different races have evolved to have different optimizations, and understanding these differences will help you understand how the world and the people within it operate.

For 20 years in Yemen, I was told that Israel was my enemy—the most devilish country in the world. That’s why I have decided to visit Israel for the first time next week. It’s time for me to go there and see for myself. To listen, learn, and understand. I want to meet ”the devil” with my own eyes. I want to see for myself the supposed discrimination and hatred towards Arabs and Muslims in Israel that I keep hearing about. I want to speak to the country my culture taught me to hate. It pains me to know that many friends and even family members will ex-communicate me for this. To them, believing that Israel has the right to exist, or even worse, visiting Israel, is some covert hatred towards Arabs and Muslims. They couldn’t be more wrong. I believe that Israel has the right to exist because of how we, Arabs, have treated our Jews for centuries. Many people spread an ignorant and false narrative about Israel being "a white colonial state," when more than half of the people in Israel are non-white Jews. Yemeni Jews, Iraqi Jews, Turkish Jews, Ethiopian Jews, etc. The fact that every Arab Jew fled to Israel says more about us and our hostility towards our Jews than it says about them. I wish that the Yemeni Jews stayed in Yemen. But they didn't. Because we failed them. Because we hated, persecuted, tortured, and killed them for centuries. And that's why they ran away. I look forward to visiting the Yemeni Jewish community in Israel. I want to hear their stories about Yemen. How they feel about living in Israel, why they had to flee. Socialism. Do you know what socialism REALLY is? It is the mechanism to bring about a despotic nation. It has two ranks. The socialist major, which consists of the controllers, and the socialist minor, which consists of the plebeians who are under the control of the socialist major. What the minor does not understand is that power aggregates at the top. The decision makers inside of the socialist major cabal will always enjoy a luxury that the minor will not, which means that inequality WILL persist, at extreme levels, in a socialist system. Maybe more than in a capitalist one. Another thing that the minor does not understand is that socialism is dependent on capitalism and socialists work for the capitalist major cabal. That's right. The socialist minor works for the benefit of the capitalist major. Because the capitalist major will always be impervious to socialist policies while those same policies crush their competition in the lower and middle class. To reiterate, the socialist minor is a tool to crush the downtrodden; they were supposed to assist. But what's worse than the socialist-minor? The BLACK socialist-minor. Physical slavery became antiquated so the cabal upgraded to a new form of slavery...Socialism. So, the black socialist minor is a tool to support the latest version of slavery. If socialism aggregates power at the top, and the government is mostly white, you cannot support socialism and fight white supremacy simultaneously. Socialist programs turn poor black populations into wards of the state. They become dependent on the milk from Lady Liberty's breast. Their ambition is stripped from them. But more devastating, their coalition is stripped from them. With government assistance taking care of the poor black population, there is less reason for the black population to organize for their benefit since the government feeds their poor. But if the black population fed themselves, they would be a unified unit. This is exactly what the socialist major does NOT want. Socialism is a parasite with two hosts. One is capitalism, and the other is the socialist minor. Without an oppressed class, there would be no argument for socialism, so in order for socialism to survive, there needs to be oppression. Now, ask yourself, "Who is incentivized to sustain oppression?" The socialist major is really a capitalist in sheep's clothing. They understand how socialism knocks over the ladder while people are trying to climb up. The socialist minor is kept ignorant, given just enough information to get the job done, but not enough to see how harmful their work is. All while the socialist major and capitalist major share the same penthouse suites. Now, I must commend the socialist minor for their intentions. Many of them mean well. They are simply misguided by their emotions and not rational. They are big in heart but small in mind.

The socialist major, which consists of the controllers, and the socialist minor, which consists of the plebeians who are under the control of the socialist major. What the minor does not understand is that power aggregates at the top. The decision makers inside of the socialist major cabal will always enjoy a luxury that the minor will not, which means that inequality WILL persist, at extreme levels, in a socialist system. Maybe more than in a capitalist one. Another thing that the minor does not understand is that socialism is dependent on capitalism and socialists work for the capitalist major cabal. That's right. The socialist minor works for the benefit of the capitalist major. Because the capitalist major will always be impervious to socialist policies while those same policies crush their competition in the lower and middle class. To reiterate, the socialist minor is a tool to crush the downtrodden; they were supposed to assist. But what's worse than the socialist-minor? The BLACK socialist-minor. Physical slavery became antiquated so the cabal upgraded to a new form of slavery...Socialism. So, the black socialist minor is a tool to support the latest version of slavery. If socialism aggregates power at the top, and the government is mostly white, you cannot support socialism and fight white supremacy simultaneously. Socialist programs turn poor black populations into wards of the state. They become dependent on the milk from Lady Liberty's breast. Their ambition is stripped from them. But more devastating, their coalition is stripped from them. With government assistance taking care of the poor black population, there is less reason for the black population to organize for their benefit since the government feeds their poor. But if the black population fed themselves, they would be a unified unit. This is exactly what the socialist major does NOT want. Socialism is a parasite with two hosts. One is capitalism, and the other is the socialist minor. Without an oppressed class, there would be no argument for socialism, so in order for socialism to survive, there needs to be oppression. Now, ask yourself, "Who is incentivized to sustain oppression?" The socialist major is really a capitalist in sheep's clothing. They understand how socialism knocks over the ladder while people are trying to climb up. The socialist minor is kept ignorant, given just enough information to get the job done, but not enough to see how harmful their work is. All while the socialist major and capitalist major share the same penthouse suites. Now, I must commend the socialist minor for their intentions. Many of them mean well. They are simply misguided by their emotions and not rational. They are big in heart but small in mind.

The case for Tommy Robinson & a message to the broader Jewish community. I am a British Jew who has carefully followed Tommy Robinson 🇬🇧 unique journey throughout the years. Whilst i’ve not always agreed with everything he’s ever said or done I have for the most part agreed with his general message/s & understood that he’s always been ahead of the curve on many key important issues & has in most cases been extremely unfairly demonised & treated by our political ruling class & our media establishment among other such powers that be. I have also always been of the strong belief that despite whatever flaws he may of had or continues to have (which I’m sure he’d be the first to admit) he has always been an overall greater force for the good than the bad. Many of the issues Tommy raised & spoke about fifteen odd years ago, the entire country is now awake to today & they cannot deny these hard truths, that Tommy was right all along. Let’s rewind where back then he would be sneered at, dismissed & falsely labelled certain words, when in reality none of them were really true. Even today Camilla Tominey is a prime example of this type of brazen behaviour & she’s not even somebody on the left of the political spectrum. Tommy may be many things but a ‘white supremacist/nationalist’ he certainly is not. Trust me… as the grandson & third generation of Holocaust survivors I think know. This is where journalism has lost its credibility, even on the right & unfortunately there is little to no accountability. Too many people become blinded by emotion, instead of applying logic & reason. Tommy may be & mean many things to many people but i’d say above all that Tommy Robinson is a concerned citizen, a concerned man, a concerned father & a concerned patriot who wishes the best for his county & for the future generations of this country. This scapegoating & demonisation however in my view is also the end result of years of fake news & propaganda levelled at the man in order to make him into a scapegoat & paint him as the United Kingdom’s number one villain. When in reality as Douglas Murray (who rightfully said in my view) that Tommy Robinson & dare I say it, the EDL, all those years ago were a secondary symptom to a much larger primary problem, which was brushed aside & never addressed. Be it the rise of radicalism, extremism, hate preaching, terrorism, or indeed the ignored systemic widespread abuse of vulnerable white girls all across towns & cities, which btw still sadly exists today in parts of our country. This is probably the most entertaining way to understand one of AI’s hardest AI debates. Transformer vs Post-Transformer, argued by leading researchers, inside a real physical boxing ring. Both technically deep and genuinely entertaining. I was glued for the entire 1 hour 20 minutes. So many super cool points to learn. 🥊 Transformers - Transformers still own the present because they work at scale. They are simple, trainable, hardware-friendly, and already power the strongest AI systems we use today. - The Transformer is basically a memory machine. It stores information as keys and values, then uses attention to pull back the most useful parts when answering. - The real Transformer advantage is not just “attention.” The bigger advantage is that it fits modern hardware extremely well, so it can process huge batches of tokens fast. - Scaling is still the brutal rule. If you give Transformers more compute, more data, and more parameters, they usually keep getting better. Any Post-Transformer architecture has to scale just as well, or better. - It is not enough to look clever on small tests, because the real question is whether it improves faster than Transformers when scaled up. - A replacement cannot be slightly better. Because the whole AI stack is already built around Transformers, the next architecture may need to be around 10x better to force everyone to switch. - Transformers are powerful, but they may be brute force.
