Should get a 10 game suspension on top of the ejection. Throwing at the head cannot happen. Not under any circumstances.

The nice thing was that Sal waved off the first one like “okay, it got away from ya, that’s cool glad it didn’t hit me” but he’s seriously lucky he wears an extended flap or else his season would be over.

Do what I did in college. A pitcher threw at me once so the next pitch I swung and intentionally let go of my bat so it almost hit the pitcher. Sorry it slipped not enough grip. Got hit next time at bat though

Anybody that thinks the pitcher should not have been ejected because "his control is not great" is missing the point. Either get your pitches under control so as not to create a risk of terrible harm to the batter, or get the hell out of the game, until you learn.
