I'm sure you've gotten 10 billion cheese suggestions at this point but I'm not a vegan & I love this pizza which uses violife cheese. For melting vegan cheese it depends on the application because they mostly end up gummy. Which is fine for pizza, less so for Mac and cheese.

Veganism has always had these issues but I remember there was a point about a decade ago in which white vegans really started to ramp up on the racism, saying things like "animal over human liberation" and that's the point I stopped really labeling myself vegan at all.
