🚨BREAKING: ICE agents illegally assaulted a 19-year-old U.S. citizen, and then kidnapped him, while admitting on camera they didn’t even know who he was, in Olathe, Kansas. In the video, an agent is sitting on the teenager’s back as his 14-year-old brother screams that he’s a U.S. citizen, in a Walmart parking lot. The agent responds: “Well, we’re going to find that out since whoever drives this [pointing to the truck] isn’t.” That sentence is the admission. Because it shows the only thing they knew, at that moment, was something about the registered owner of the truck… not the person they had pinned to the pavement. Vehicle registration tells you who owns a car. It does NOT tell you who is driving it. Before law enforcement can detain someone, they need individualized reasonable suspicion tied to that person. If they had not confirmed the driver matched the registered owner… If they had not observed a crime… If they had no warrant… Then pinning him down, handcuffing him, and loading him into a vehicle raises serious Fourth Amendment concerns. You don’t get to tackle someone first and figure out who they are later. You don’t get to use force based on “we’ll find out.” The issue isn’t just that he’s a U.S. citizen… The issue is whether agents had lawful, INDIVIDUALIZED suspicion to detain him before they used force. Because when law enforcement starts treating vehicle registration as automatic suspicion for whoever is behind the wheel… That’s collective punishment. And the Constitution does not allow that.

Why won't they hire Canadians? @ActForAlberta truck warns Tim Hortons: 'not a pathway to citizenship' Fast-food chains like Tim Hortons are abusing a program designed for temporary labour — not as a permanent staffing model for multinational corporations. The Act for Alberta billboard truck made a pit stop at Tim Hortons this week with a message that hit harder than a double-double when you're under-caffeinated: “Tim Hortons should not be a pathway to citizenship.” The truck rolled through a Tim’s drive-thru plastered with criticism of the Temporary Foreign Worker Program and the company’s reliance on it, highlighting growing frustration from Albertans who feel locked out of entry-level jobs that used to belong to students and young workers. And the numbers are ugly. Youth unemployment for Canadians aged 15 to 19 is hovering around 20%, according to recent labour market data. That means one in five Canadian teenagers looking for work can’t find it. Meanwhile, major fast-food chains continue bringing in temporary foreign workers for jobs that generations of Canadian kids once used to get their start in the workforce. The TFW program was intended for true TEMPORARY labour shortages, not as a permanent staffing model for multinational corporations. Act For Alberta is a registered third-party advertiser promoting Alberta independence. Act For Alberta says Tim Hortons has become one of the most visible symbols of the problem: a Canadian icon increasingly staffed through immigration streams while young Canadians struggle to land basic part-time work. The stunt drew plenty of attention from customers in the drive-thru, many honking and taking photos of the truck as it made its coffee run.

One reason Israel consistently produces world-class founders: A culture used to operating under pressure. “You're used to literally being under fire. "You're used literally to think about technology as a means to survive." “You get 18–19 year old kids with tons of responsibility & freedom to operate.” That mindset built Check Point, Palo Alto Networks, & Wiz — leaders with unusual resilience. Gili Raanan (Gili Raanan // Cyberstarts), Cyberstarts . . . MO: "I was reading this Colossus profile on Josh Kushner and Thrive Capital, and then I interviewed Philip (Philip Clark), who worked on the Wiz deal at that team. They literally flew into a war zone to complete that deal and meet with Assaf. So what is it about the culture and being in an active conflict zone? And despite all that, still working really, really hard and trying to create new technology and new innovations." Gili: "First of all, a lot of credit to Josh and Philip for joining us at Wiz. They're friends, and everything they told you is true, or close enough to be wonderful. What living in Israel creates are several elements that really help you in venture land. You live in a really high-density, really small geography. So you've got all the talent available in that place, literally within two blocks of one city. And you cannot get that density of talent anywhere else in the world. Definitely not in Silicon Valley, which spans a significantly bigger geographical area. And then life in Israel presents lots of challenges, you know, existential-type challenges. So you're used to working under pressure and under a lot of stress. This is not something new. There are lots of downsides to that. But if what you want to be in your life is a terrific entrepreneur, that's an advantage. Because you are used to literally being under fire. You are used to thinking about technology as a means to survive. And all of that makes a difference. And then there’s the military service. Think about organizations like Unit 8200, which is the Israeli comparable to the NSA. It's not one-to-one completely, but it's close enough. You get 18- or 19-year-old kids with tons of responsibility and freedom to operate. That's exactly what I got when I was 18. I got responsibility to do things I didn’t know were essentially impossible. And when you are 18, you don't think about what's impossible. If you're told to get to the moon, you get to the moon. The fact that nobody went to the moon before you—you don't know, you don't care. Because you believe: "yeah, I can go to the moon. Why not?" So that’s the approach. And then you have events like Check Point, like Palo Alto Networks, and today I would say Wiz, where suddenly you have an individual: it can be Gil Shwed at Check Point, it could be Nir Zuk at Palo Alto Networks, it can be Assaf Rappaport (Assaf Rappaport) at Wiz where you see an event that completely shatters the glass ceiling, or whatever you thought was the glass ceiling."

The next attempt came from a reporter pressing Leavitt on reports of Israeli forces firing on Palestinians in Gaza. It was an obvious setup—another opportunity for the media to paint the administration as either complicit or indifferent, even for something happening beyond American borders. “There are now reports that Israeli forces are firing on Palestinians trying to get aid from the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation,” the reporter said. “Is this administration aware of this? And what is being done to address this situation?” Leavitt immediately flipped through her notes, she was ready and she had the receipts. She responded by turning the media narrative on its head—reminding the press that some sources don’t deserve automatic trust. “The administration is aware of those reports and we are currently looking into the veracity of them, because unfortunately unlike some in the media, we don’t take the word of Hamas with total truth.” Then she laid out a brutal example of how media outlets had already run with unverified—and ultimately false—claims. “We like to look into it when they speak, unlike the BBC, who had multiple headlines: they wrote ‘Israeli tank kills 26,’ ‘Israeli tank kills 21,’ ‘Israeli gunfire kills 31,’ ‘Red Cross says 21 people were killed in an aid incident’—and oh wait, they had to correct and take down their ENTIRE story.” She paused, then added: “Saying we reviewed the footage and couldn’t find any evidence of anything. Oh, okay!” Leavitt used the moment to drive home a point not just about this story—but about media behavior more broadly. “So we are going to look into reports before we confirm them from this podium and before we take action.” And she had a final message for those pushing falsehoods: “I suggest that journalists who actually care about truth do the same to reduce the amount of misinformation that’s going around the globe on this front.”

🚨SCAMMER @leviathanlocks🚨 (Please RT to help others not get scammed) DO NOT USE @leviathanlocks I signed up back in January and deposited $1,500. Within 7–10 days, they took away my Prop Builder… which was literally the #1 reason I signed up in the first place. Anyone in the OddsJam.com / Philipp community the last couple years knows live Prop Builder is one of the biggest edges out there ROI % wise. But accounts take it away extremely fast now and the limits are shit but if you want an easy edge to grind.. there you go! I also use PB for originated prop betting too. These services i mentioned are “betting tools” to help you make informed bets by showing price discrepancies in the market, not bots that actually place bets for you. I ran the balance up to about $3,600 in roughly 2 weeks… then PB gets shut off. After that, I barely even used the account. Maybe 2–3 prop bets a week on the main book, just to fill in spots I couldn’t get down elsewhere. A little over 2 weeks ago, I decided the juice wasn’t worth the squeeze anymore. No PB = not much value for me there. So I decided to cash out. March 31st: I text their customer service number to withdraw. No response. I DM @leviathanlocks on X. He tells me I must’ve gotten skipped. Then on April 5th, the “CS guy” finally texts me back and asks for a Venmo. I send it. April 6th: he texts me asking “ u used a bot on us?” Short answer: No. He tells me I’ll get paid… but I’ll be slow paid. I wait a few days. April 10th: I text again asking when I’ll be paid. He replies: “Monday.” Insinuating (April 13th) Monday comes… No payment. I text the “CS” guy again. No response. I message @leviathanlocks again… and now he keeps accusing me of using a bot over and over. Still says I’ll be slow paid. At that point I said: At minimum, send me my $1,500 deposit back TODAY and I’ll wait on the profit. Otherwise I’m taking it public so other people don’t get burned too. His response? “Make your post.” So here we are. At the end of the day, I’m not even looking to accomplish much here. They stole $2,700 from me. Peanuts in the grand scheme but it’s the principle. And I don’t want to see others keep a significant size of their bankroll in a book like this and get scammed. And the funniest part? I used my actual THEARBFATHER account. Believe it or not, I’ve had books straight up tell me “no thanks”. Others take the action, limit/cut me off, and still pay me like they’re supposed to. I’d rather go through the front door honestly than play the burner account game and duck/dodge like that if I don’t have too on bookies. End of the day on everything I love I didn’t use a bot, I went through the front door on my actual twitter account, I made a little $$ and this scam ass site is saying whatever to get out of paying. Straight up theft, stay clear of these 🤡 @leviathanlocks
