It has resulted in Whites being violently victimized by Blacks at nearly 35X the rate that blacks are victimized by whites. The civil rights act destroyed one of our most fundamental constitutional rights, freedom of association. I believe ending forced segregation was a good idea. I also believe that forcing blacks & whites to integrate at gunpoint was a terrible idea. We must restore freedom of association.
