You know Franklin Roosevelt when he was launching the New Deal said 'We're going to try these programs and we're going try something one thing at a time and if it doesn't work we're going to abandon it and were going to try something else, but were always going to be trying something.' And all I can guarantee, I can't tell you right now that there's one solution or even a multiplicity of solutions but what I can tell you is that in my administration we're going to solve the problem because I'm going to focus on it.
