Who are the player comps on Fernando Mendoza: Ceiling/Middle/Floor

Forget comps. He might be one of the most intelligent 1st Rd Qb's we have seen in a while, which means his ceiling is crazy high. If he gets to a Peyton like IQ, his physical gifts are enough to be an MVP QB

Ceiling=Tony Romo Middle= Kirk Cousins Floor= Mac Jones

Ceiling: Joe Burrow Middle: Trevor Lawrence Floor: Kirk Cousins

Ceiling: Tom Brady Middle: Peyton Manning Floor: Mathew Stafford Crazy how much hate he gets for giving glory to god

People gonna hate this but he gives off Brady energy

jamarcus russell

Ceiling: Drew Brees Middle: Kirk Cousins Floor: JJ McCarthy

Total guess, but here goes: Ceiling: Matt Ryan Middle: Kirk Cousins Floor: Ryan Fitzpatrick

Ceiling tom Brady Floor Patrick mahomes

Bo nix

Ceiling: Baker Mayfield Middle: Jacoby Brisset Floor: Derek Carr

Ceiling: Brock Purdy Middle: Kirk Cousins with legs Floor: Matt Cassel

Ceiling: Andrew Luck Middle: Kirk Cousins Floor: Mitchel Trubisky

Ceiling: Michael Jordan Floor: LeBron James

Who cares? Comps the the stupidest thing that means absolutely nothing.

Ceiling-Andrew Luck Middle-Matt Ryan Floor-Trevor Lawrence/Daniel Jones

Ceiling: Drew Bledsoe Middle: Alex Smith Floor: Akili Smith This is not a good QB draft and someone might waste a high pick on Mendoza. This is like the 2022 draft where Kenny Pickett was the highest QB taken at #20 (and even that was too high).

Phillip Rivers/Kirk Cousins/Brandon Weeden

Manning/Goff/Daniel Jones

Ceiling feels like a Dak type if everything hits. Commanding, accurate, wins from the pocket and with his legs when needed. Middle is probably Kirk Cousins. Solid processor, productive, not flashy but reliable. Floor is more of a Teddy Bridgewater path. Can run an offense, keeps you competitive, but you are not building everything around him. A lot depends on where he lands and who develops him.

Goff Cousins

Joe Burrow is the standard @LSUfootball @JoeyB

Mvp Matt Ryan, Jared Goff, Kirk Cousins.

Tom Brady

Ceiling: Joe Burrow Middle: Matt Ryan Floor: Kirk Cousins

Andrew Luck Matt Ryan Derrick Carr

He reminds of Jarred Goff as far as a pure passer and ability to master the RPO with the mobility of Josh Allen.

Looks like Jared Goff to me

Ceiling - Shedeur Sanders Middle - Will Levis Floor - Zach Wilson

Ceiling: Jesus Middle: Tom Brady Floor: Pat Mahomes
