There's a reason health inspections exist in the food service industry. Strict standards cover temperature control and the dating and labeling of anything sold to the public. A cooler sitting in the August sun with one bag of ice is not enough to hold safe temps and keep bacteria from growing. That's how people get foodborne illness. Anyone with a food handler's license already knows this.
