Judging by the yellow color I think it's vitamins, nothing else. And fluids. It's a quick way to replenish what he lost with the extreme sweating on stage, not uncommon with touring artists.

Medical intern here; He's getting preserved ascorbic acid and magnesium chloride, which are both dietary supplements. No need to worry, he needs it for all that sweating he does on stage 😉

I think it’s probably vitamins, getting hydrated, because he was sick. With him sweating on stage, it’s a quick boost to replenish to help him keep going to not get so weak &pass out etc. The color of the liquid in the vial is dark yellow. Sad 😔 Many of them do it when on tour
