Palmer Luckey’s advice for founder-led communications “My advice to people would probably be to recognize that the value of your reputation is very high,” Anduril founder Palmer Luckey begins. “If people do not trust you; if they do not believe in what you’re saying; if they do not think that you’re a person worth listening to, they’re going to have a hard time working with you.” Palmer also argues that founders don’t need to be neutral: “You don’t need to be neutral. You can be a propagandist. You can advocate for a particular point of view . . . In general, people should recognize that if you say something where you caveat it and hedge it and basically end up saying something that most people would agree with, you might as well have said nothing at all.” He continues: “You are not going to build a following of people who say, ‘I just love Palmer’s right-down-the-middle, very-hedged takes that everyone agrees with.’ If you’re just restating common sentiment, it’s not going to get you anywhere . . . So one of the things I tell people is, ‘Make sure that when you’re saying something, you’re SAYING something. Make sure you’re trying to persuade and affect change.’ — maybe not in everybody, but in some people. If you make some people love what you’re saying and some people hate what you’re saying, that’s a lot better than having everybody lukewarm agree with you. Don’t waste your time communicating about the things everyone already agrees with you on. Focus on the things where you need to change their mind.” Source: Lulu Cheng Meservey (Sep 2025)

I can’t sleep… it's 2 Am my mind is heavy with thoughts. I tried to work but couldn’t, so I turned to Only You. And in its first message, I saw a reflection of what is happening today.. but i need to add this People who wish death upon others are not just jealous they are sick souls.. In Only You, Ayla had Tawan. In real life, Orm kornnaphat has Lingling Kwong (and vice versa) their family, their team, their friends, and the countless fans who see them not only on screen but stand by them with their whole hearts. That is what truly matters. 🙏 Once my dad said: "Haters are proof you’re doing something right. If you don’t have them, it means you’re not chasing your dreams". And in truth, haters come in many forms: – Some hate the people they cannot have. – Some hate the people they cannot be. – Some dislike you but still waste their time watching everything you do. – Some hate you because the truth you live contradicts the lies they hold. – Some forget boundaries, acting as if they own your life. _ Some worship another star and think you are taking their favorite’s place, as if you don’t deserve yours. _ Some project their own pain and bullying onto you, thinking it will make them feel better. – And some hate you simply for being you. I once said: even if you walked on water, they would still say ‘She doesn’t know how to swim.’ That is the world we live in no matter what you do, they will talk, they will blame, they will invent faults where there are none. But listen, my dear: as long as you walk with truth , love , never let them break you. Protect your heart, protect your peace. Block them, report them, Your mental health is the true victory. Because in the end, love will always win. And both of you will shine on the global stage, far beyond the reach of their poison. #LingOrm #หลิงออม #LinglingKwong #หลิงหลิงคอง #OrmKornnaphat #ออมกรณ์นภัส orm kornnaphat🌈(ภีรชา พชรฐากูร แอคจริง555) linglingsirilak

I usually don’t get involved in these kinds of conversations again, but since you foolishly decided to quote me, I’ll respond not just for you, but for others like you who aren’t bold enough to stupidly quote me like you just did. First, let’s get one thing straight: K1 has never been paid to perform at any of Sheikh Sulaiman’s children’s weddings. He’s just a regular guest, a friend like any other who attends and each time he decides to grace each occasion to perform as a support to his friend, hence why you’ll never see a video of Sheikh dancing with K1 on stage or enjoying his music, unlike what happened with Sheikh Jamiu Aminolohun. Secondly, the question of whether music is haram or not has different perspectives. Some scholars completely reject it, others are more lenient, and some of us base our stance on evidence suggesting music isn’t inherently haram provided it doesn’t harden your heart against the Quran or interfere with your worship. Of course, it’s better to avoid it but indulging in music isn’t wrong if it doesn’t negatively affect your spiritual life. This is why you see some of us, including Sheikh’s children attends Wizkid concerts and listening to various music genres. It doesn’t mean we are less religious or that those who avoid music are more pious than us. K1 is simply one of the guests there to entertain other guests who are his fans, friends, and music lovers. To this day, I firmly believe there’s nothing wrong with that. If you disagree, all you can do is grumble because many more weddings are coming up where K1 would grace and that doesn’t mean any of your salafi scholars would attain his heights.

just some clarity post here for everyone October expectation from my opinions & research is $SPY 5%ish drawdown and $QQQ 7-10% by end of oct around 18-22nd and put in the floor there for a choppy uptrend into eoy Buying that dip with both hands $SPY $730-$735 if it gets there $QQQ $680-$690 (more volatile ik, maybe even $700) These are my own rough estimates from what i am seeing so please take it with a grain of salt and DYOR. Things can change and moves can extend due to panic and things unravel / accelerate. Indices can visit near ATHs/make new AThs but i will be more risk off as i stated earlier this week, near interim tops high beta names can be explosive so i may play some things with small size. Weird market we have been in for a while. I will take advantage of oct to sell puts on names i want along with taking some put debits when the time is right, if you're early it is useless. Markets tend to extend both ways so if we get there, things accelerate the models wont flinch until it starts to see a flip, it is better to be patient than to be early Looking for model consensus flips, extreme measures hitting, heatmaps starting to flip and macro regime to shift These are some of the things i look for along with analogues/quant tab that has the built in indicators as well Can eat my alive in the comments, but that is my thesis and i believe big in "avoid ruin at all costs", so when these bigger windows for pain open up i take them seriously. Hope this helps and if you want to eat me alive in the comments that also works

Aaron Rodgers says it’s sad and unfortunate that 75% of NFL players are broke, divorced or unemployed within three years of retirement “There’s a really bad stat that they use, it was a scare tactic, but it’s true. That within three years, 75% of NFL players, three years post-retirement, will be broke, divorced or unemployed. And a lot of times it’s multiple of those three. I see it a lot because you’re living this life, you’re making a ton of money, that money train dries up, you maybe don’t have a ton of life skills or haven’t spent time in the league planning for your post-career, or don’t have the money to just coast like I could and some of the people who played a long time could. Then there’s marital issues that happen. It’s a very sad statistic” “The league tries to do some things to promote second-career stuff and financial literacy, but a lot of it’s on the guys to learn on their own. If you don’t have the right people advising you, I’ve seen a lot of my former friends go through some crisis in their 20s because the average career is three years. Now you’re 26, 27, you have no job. You may or may not have graduated from college, but who knows how many people actually use the degree from college anyway? I mean, college is ridiculous. You have no skills other than the game, and now they’re trying to figure out what to do” “There’s some guys who have made some rough decisions too, with having kids with multiple women. Some of those were bad decisions by the men. Some of those are women who saw a millionaire football player and wanted to be taken care of for a while. Where now you have a couple kids out there that you’re taking care of for many years and you don’t have the same type of money coming in. There are a lot of mistakes that are made. Some you can rectify and get through, and some make life a little more difficult if you’re not able to play like me for 20 years and don’t have any financial issues or any kid issues or any stuff like that”

Kirralie Smithis a national fucking hero, an actual feminist fucking hero and this bullshit from these psychos needs to be knocked on the head. I personally do not give a shit if you as a bloke choose to dress as a woman, I don’t care about your sexuality as long as it’s consensual and you stay the fuck away from children. I do fucking care very much if female athletes have to compete against men with some psychological challenges. I do care if a woman wants to play or compete in contact sport boxing, MMA, rugby ect and is forced to participate against a bloke in a dress I don’t give a fuck how pretty the dress that is nothing more than sanctioned and glorified domestic violence. There are two genders and some confused humans some of the confused humans are perfectly lovely and just going about their. Some of them are fucking zealots , lunatics who think the rest of us must participate in this distorted make believe reality. They think somehow it’s ok to beat women in sports and then be surprised and feign offence when a biological woman is offended and doesn’t want to be beaten, bashed and bruised by some fuckwit, and heaven forbid a biological woman says “this is fucked” she will be howled down, declared a bigot or which ever other ridiculous term these clowns throw around to shut you pesky reality driven humans up. Any judge who upholds these delusional completely devoid of reality gender identity based judgements should be not only sacked, disbarred and removed from any position of authority since they clearly have no fucking grip on reality. $100,000 with 28 days to pay or it doubles is a travesty that flies not only in the face of logic, justice and women everywhere but anyone who is left with an ounce of common sense. Any criminal or lawyer who has had an unsuccessful case against ANY of the judges who have clearly lost any legitimate grip on reality should be filing appeals on the basis of an incompetent to practice judge. At some point Australians need to simply tell theee lunatics to shut the fuck up, get the mental health support you need and get a fucking job/ no one is special based of their sexual identity, sexuality or gender. WATCH: CNN’s Scott Jennings goes NUCLEAR on Biden official Kate Bedingfield for saying both sides need to calm down and the left has NOTHING to do with the Kirk assassin’s motive: “‘Why did I do it? I had enough of his hatred. Some hate can’t be negotiated out.’ He — he has a flat — that is — that is the message that the shooter Tyler Robinson sent to his roommate. That is what he said. He also engraved the word, ‘hey, fascist catch’ on the bullet. For ten years, we have heard nothing from the left but that Donald Trump is a fascist. Republicans are Nazis. Authoritarians destroy the Constitution. Bloodbath. Dictator for a day. And he wrote it on the bullet. And he’s been obviously marinating in some kind of information that radicalized him based on what he heard in the air in this country.” “Are you trying to equate [Charlie Kirk and Melissa Hortman]? I’m sorry.” “I’m here to argue. All I know is what the — the prosecutor said today. He read very lucid messages from a shooter who was motivated by political hate, who had a plan to get away with it. He did not sound like a deranged person. He sounded like someone who had decided to take it upon himself to rid the world of someone that he hated politically, that he thought that the world would be better off without. That’s different than some deranged lunatic showing up off the street.” “I don’t know that you’re right about what happened in Minnesota. I don’t.” “What I am not happy about is that we have the shooter's words. We know what he put on the bullets. It's very, very, very clear what happened here and there is a movement by some people to completely say, well, we have no idea. And we do.”

🐿 The reason I was so busy at Coachella wasn’t just because I was watching performances. Inside Coachella, I also went around meeting and talking with a lot of other artists. There were some I personally really like, and some that our members have liked for a long time too. So when I met them, I talked about how it would be fun to try this or that together later, like “Our member really likes this kind of thing, so it would be cool if the two of you did something together.” That’s why I walked around quite a bit. As for collaborations, personally I’m the type who thinks it should happen naturally. Rather than forcing a meeting, it’s better when our thoughts and directions match. I really enjoy doing ATEEZ activities with the members, so if the direction doesn’t feel right for a collab, it’s honestly hard for me. I think the other members feel the same way. Even if it’s an artist I admire and really like, if our visions don’t align after talking, it’s not easy to work together. That’s why I had a lot of those kinds of conversations. Also, since our group schedule is already so packed for the whole year, I believe that any time we expand our individual boundaries, it has to be meaningful for both them and me. So while I was there, I thought it would be better to meet people in person, talk directly, and connect, rather than just doing quick “tick-tick” stuff through the managers. That’s why I ended up walking around a lot just to talk to people.

Regarding the show handcuffed on channel 4- I see many are angry at my politics and a little confused seeing as I happen to have brown skin 😂… I know … how ignorant and outdated of them! Bringing up my race regarding who I’d vote for is RACISM- using my race to assume I should think one way politically is RACISM- my ancestors fought for freedom of thought not just physical. Many people from African Asian and Caribbean backgrounds will no longer vote for Labour and some may like elements of the Green Party, but in reality if you are businesses minded, ambitious and own, or want to own property- you know the greens are a huge mistake. People asking-why won’t you vote Green instead of Reform….Why the hell would I vote Greens??- They will ban people from being landlords and raise taxes- I AM A LANDLORD…. I know the anti capitalists hate that, but I don’t care… money affi mek!! - Yes I voted for Brexit which has been a huge fxxk up, but I stand by my reasoning for wanting to the leave the EU which is run by people we don’t get to elect and that’s undemocratic. I wanted to see more trade deals with common wealth countries and more migration from common wealth countries which we have seen, seeing as Britain effed over those countries historically. Is Britain in a bad position due to BREXIT- no if it was we wouldn’t have a better economy than some countries in the EU. Why the hell would I vote for Labour which has led to job cuts/ NI hikes and will introduce the Renters Right Act which will hurt tenants more than us landlords Yes conservatives were a failure and I don’t support how Reform are acting currently especially against Muslims and with the Iran war, but when this show was filmed they sounded refreshing and more inline with my fundamental conservative beliefs and values- I couldn’t care less what anyone has to say about my politics. By the way….. fyi I’ll vote for anyone who is pro low taxes. Ps racism is also assuming all of us brown people are the same and we are not. Some came here legally some didn’t, some are wealthy, some aren’t, some are on benefits, some are working class & worked hard all their lives and never claimed benefits- we all have had different journeys, belong to different classes, have different upbringings & come from different countries-to suggest we are all brown so should think/vote the same is extremely ignorant.

Michelangelo Antonioni on his experience working in America, the tendency of Americans to waste things & the difficulties he faced while working with American Cameramen: "My autonomy, I would say, is complete. They leave me free to do what I want. The only thing now is that they are starting to be worried about the budget. They ask me why the film is so expensive, but that's what I'm going to ask them. I don't know why it's so expensive, I really don't know. I have a crew that is only half the size of what is usual in America because I don't want a big crew. It seems to me I'm seeing such a waste of money. It seems to be almost immoral. I feel bad sometimes. For instance, they threw away a piece of gelatin that we used and the piece was still new. There is also a waste of film. If I am shooting with two or three cameras and I need this camera only in the middle of the scene, in Italy I would start with that camera just at that moment. Not here. They start from the beginning. It is a waste of film! They are consumers. They are used to wasting something — goods, materials, food, everything. And I'm not used to this. I have some elements of this crew who are not so young — some older people who worked, for instance, on the first film of Greta Garbo, the first 'Ben-Hur' (1925), on Stroheim's 'Greed' (1924). It is very amusing to talk to them about these things. I had a lot of problems with unions, and in Hollywood this is much more difficult than in New York. The unions are so strong. There are lots of old people. You can't find what you are looking for. I needed some cameramen and some assistant cameramen —some young people used to shooting in the modern way, people who can zoom without your having to tell them the exact distance from the actors to the camera, people who can make changes on their own and who can sometimes do what they want. I want them to do that, to do something different from the script, maybe. At that critical moment, the assistant cameraman has to make the decision, but the American cameraman can't do this. That's why I was forced to bring some people from Italy. I don't know why, but English people are much more familiar to me. At the time I was making 'Blow-Up' (1966), at least, they were so mad —in a positive and very pleasant way —that they were almost Neapolitan (that's a joke). I like them, I like English people much more than Americans. I mean I find myself closer to them. The Americans are so cool sometimes. They need to know exactly what they are doing. Sometimes they are like Germans —fastidious, precise. This makes me upset because I like to have people around me who are more spontaneous." (Michelangelo Antonioni's interview with Marsha Kinder, 1968) On this day, 56 years ago, 'Zabriskie Point' (1970) premiered in New York City, USA.
