I wanted to say seun is not smart but that is not the Seun I used to know. I want to believe he is acting it ,asking common question by Obidient so the minister could bring clarity to it once and for all.

It's called lazy man's analysis and idea. He's just too lazy to put in effort to research on topics he brings guests into the studio to discuss. I used to rate him but not anymore. Half of what Taiwo says goes straight over his head. He asks the type of questions they ask in WhatsApp groups and other crazy social media pages and platforms.

Seriously. The honourable Minister gave a masterclass and @seunokin inherently agrees with him. But watch out after this show and today, after he experiences the mob and pushback from the internet buccaneers 🏴‍☠️ towards him, he might likely sound different or have a different reaction by tomorrow. TIME ⏰⏰⏰⏰⏰ will tell✌️✌️

You wonder if Seun is as smart or knowledgeable as he's oft attributed to him. In fairness to him sha, so many people in the oil n gas industry think the same way as him and I am shocked to note industry people are no different from lay people.

When you give the megaphone to them, idiots will ask the dumbest questions. It's about time our so called "big media houses" like Channels Television, Arise News Television, AIT etc starts employing competent, versatile, and intelligent analysts to anchor their flagship programs. As far as I can see, the likes of Seun Okinbaloye & Oseni Rufai are more of mediocres who have mastered the use of raw aggression to mask their general ignorance.

Is crude the only resources in Nigeria? Why depend on only crude? This government is myopic!

Seun comparing casava production to fuel production. He never understands, he keeps going in a circle. That's dumb to me

Ogbenni rest you people talk as if people don't know what's going on. We have conceded our crude in advance to foreigner's neglecting local demand, which is stupid in my estimation. Have you asked yourself who benefit's in that arrangement? Why were your refineries down?

But where did you get the update that converting crude oil to petrol and gas for the common man is rocket science? Was crude invented in 9ja?

Seun asks questions in the mind of average Nigerians and the Minister explained to the best of his ability. Journalism isn't about sounding professional on every subject matter, it's about asking the question an average person on the street want to ask

Most of them just want to please the mob. They're not interested in educating their audience. Rufai Oseni brought the pandemic & others sees it as means to be popular and cashout from the profession.

Suddenly, Seun behaves foolishly. Isn't this the same APC government that promised Nigerians in 2015 that fuel would sell for 50 Naira per liter? What happens after the month ends? What became of our refinery? If the refineries were operational, we wouldn't be discussing this now

What is that first 33 seconds from @seunokin? Even beer parlour/newspaper stand analysis has gone beyond that. An experienced journo who doesn’t know how pricing works? Or did you miss bigger oil producers complaining about higher pump prices recently? Or is it just bias talking?

Gas is not $6.5 in the US biko. Even California hasn’t sold at that rate. It is still $3.6 in some places. Per Gallon!

I don't understand, why home produce can't be cheaper than import, when some component of cost would have been knockoff, as compared to importing such commodity.

I don't blame @seunokin for asking the dumbest and darndest questions, he is asking what most people ask. OlodoUprising is the problem why these stupid questions are coming up. Educated illetrates everywhere.

If the like of Seun with his education & exposure could compare int'l commodity to casava/garri. Is this an agenda or lack of in-depth of how crude production works? Even US, one of the highest crude producer/refiner won't say they have it in their backyard & sell anyhow.

why are you people like this? You think Seun is asking the questions because he doesn't know the answer? Haba, his job is simply to lay questions people on the streets are asking so that main actors can provide explanation.
