Who else has this dream?

I had it and accomplished it.

My son, graduates from Navy OCS in 3 weeks with a flight contract. Earned his private pilots license while in college studying engineering with a math minor and playing NCAA lacrosse. He's wanted to fly since elementary school.

I loved cloud dancing in T-37s, but closest I ever got to the dream feeling was low level Powered Paragliding, available to everyone.

As a kid I did, but my vision turned bad before I graduated high school.

Been there done that and every day since has been unfulfilling. No better seat than in an F16.

Would prolly never happen in my life, but on my bucket list for sure. Would be so awesome!

I’ve done it…it was awesome. Best years of my life.

That's what I always wanted to do. Missed it by the slimmest of slim margins. Still got to fly on heavies as a flight test engineer so at the end of the day I flew, just not as a pilot.

Missed it. Eyesight and not lazik éligible. Still got airliner possibility, but not the same ..

Dream? I was lucky enough to do it live! I miss it to this day!

When I was in Navy flight school they tried to save a solo flight for one's last flight, which worked out for me. I did EXACTLY this on my last flight in an A-4 before I got winged. Never gets old.
