I've been waiting, or rather, many of us have been waiting, for the true version of FFXV for over 20 years now. And I stand by my position: we have to reclaim an FFXV Remake directed by Nomura so we can finally experience the true story of FFXV!

No one can truly understand how u feel unless they were there between 2006-2013 living through the daily hype, magazine, scans, trailers and Interviews from Nomura. I haven’t been able to get excited about any game from @SquareEnix the passion died the moment Versus was canceled.

Nomura either apparently given how much he is trying to turn KH into FF13v. Yozora is literally FF13v Noctis.

I’d sell my left and right nut just to be able to play it 💔

I still think the Versus XIII version of Somnus sounds way better than the FFXV one

FF 13 Versus looked amazing, even from the small gameplay snippets they gave us. A real shame this turned into FF15 😮‍💨

I feel the same way. I was 15 years old 2006 when they revealed this master piece trailer i still have printed pictures of screenshots from the trailer smh i had such high hopes for Versus XIII

NEVER. I still think about VERSUS to this day. I remember SCOWERING forums for untranslated famistu issues to learn more about Versus XIII. any little thing. LOVED what was shown. I binge all the trailers EVERY Christmas. It's so bad.

Modern Square Enix could never make a game with this much aura. This single trailer was the most hype shit ever.

Me. I'm never gonna stop hating FFXV for the rest of my life.

I've been looking forward to this game so much in that time. I remember the PS3 gameplay which was sick. The Noctis seemed darker and kind of emotional. I liked the XV, but I think Versus had a greater potential ahead of its time.

At this point what I would ask is SquareEnix to allow Nomura to actually make Verum Rex an actual reality. A full on game. Since that is possibly the only way FF Versus XIII fans will move on.

No one ever really moved on from Versus XIII. The only ones who did are the ones who started their FF journey from 15 and then explored the older games later on. In my opinion FF15 will always remain an incomplete game.
