i remember the Nintendo game that came from it, one of my favorite Nintendo game when i was kid to be honest.

I vaguely remember watching this movie as a kid. I definitely need to watch it again someday.

I do! It was based off an OLD AF comic strip and Hayao Miyazaki, funnily enough, was a part of the production!

I watched this movie as a little girl, it was on Disney Channel back in the 90’s!
