The whole country is fucked up. It can't be fixed in 4 years either.

This is why OPTUM Rx, Express Scripts, CVS &: Prime Therapeutics are so filthy rich. I have worked for 2 of them. I quit once I learned how they SCREW the consumer. Optum revenue grew by $70 BILLION annually in 1 month when I was there. PBMs are the most overlooked part of the chain of GREED driving up costs.

Insurance is a scam. Dental “insurance” especially.

I've always asked how much script cost and said NO when they ask if you have insurance. Thwy will never answer the question without asking if you have insurance first. I thought everyone knew this. It really is old news. Try it.

I heard a scholar once say that: "Interest and usury can destroy society in the long run. And interest and insurance are sisters."

For those interested in learning more about the 'Role of Pharmacy Benefit Managers', I highly recommend watching the House Committee on the Judiciary hearing from a month ago.

So it’s *legally* “unethical” to be *moral* and do what you know is right for the customer and your business. Sounds about right.
