I'm not sure what's happening, but, if you don't order it, you don't get it. It's real simple.
"I don't like the way you're talking to me. I'll whoop your ass." And that's why the customer was in the wrong. She was in a shit mood to begin with and she didn't expect the waitress to bring that energy back. The second she threatened her was when I made my decision.

Need more info on what's going on to say. I worked in the restaurant business in my early 20's. Long long time ago. It was probably one of worst jobs I've ever had.
