Who is Honorable Olatoye Temitope [SUGAR] ?

Sugar was killed in 2019 on his way back from Lagelu where he casted his vote. Reportedly, he was shut in the eye. Rumor had it that the people who killed him made an inquiry into how they can shoot him in such a way that would penetrate and that part of the eyes was the target.
