The father is clearly in the wrong running down the aisle into their area where the ball was hit. The video clearly shows that. She just called him out for it and really he knew he was in the wrong so he gave it back.

Woman is in the wrong. Loose ball "scuffles" are apart of the game. The ball is not "yours" until you have a solid grip of the ball (preferably off the ground). Most angles show that she was in an awkward position trying to reach over a seat to grab the ball, while the dad had a straight path directly to the ball.

The ball went to her area and she was picking it up. He ran over and got it first. I understand her being pissed but she should have let it go since he gave it to his kid.

Personally, even if you do have a case, I’d be embarrassed to take a ball from a kid, regardless.
