This, THIS was a scream for help. A scream no one heard. Liam went through so much all by himself. And people unnecessarily hate(d) him so much for nothing. You call(ed) him an alcoholic drug addict and tarnish(ed) his image as much as you could. Until the last moment AND even now. I'll never forget anyone who did this. Not in a million years. And I'll NEVER forgive you. You never understood him. You never understood what addiction is. You only blamed him. You didn't and still don't want to accept that addiction might be a way to hide depression. And this shows. Depression is always underestimated but when it is about a public figure, it's even worse. You simply never cared about him. And that shows what kind of people you are. Scums. Hating him for no reason at all. Also “Y thing went wrong in life, so I blocked Liam Payne”. Fuck you, from all my heart. Liam never deserved anything that happened. He was such a bright soul, such an amazing person, with the warmest heart. He was supposed to be HERE with US now, not 6 feet under, in cold, alone, with no blanket to keep him warm. I will hate you for this for the rest of my life. And I will hate you in my next life too. I could write a huge text about my boyfriend/fiancé, but I think his actions say more than words ever could. please, never settle for a kind of love that doesn’t fulfil you. love can be difficult, love can be hard, and every relationship will have its issues, but you should never feel ashamed of being who you are or have to hide the things that make you happy. I’ve read so many heartbreaking stories about boyfriends who don’t allow their girlfriends to enjoy the things they love, and please, don’t stay with someone who tries to restrain you or make you smaller. one day, the right person will come along. it’s a cliche, I know, but even if he doesn’t, is it worthy to lose sight of who you truly are? I really hope my fiancé is that person for me. but even if he isn’t, even if one day everything goes down in flames, I will never forget who I was with him: a happy girl and a happy army. and I will always be grateful for that. find your person. never settle for less. and don’t give up on your seven just because someone cranky cannot understand he’s the eighth in the line! 🤷🏻‍♀️💜

When Trump said Hispanic migrants are “taking Black jobs,” what he really meant was: Black folks are taking white jobs, and we need to get the plantation back in order. I’m from the Deep South—the 50th-ranked state in the country. A state that’s over a third Black, yet run by conservatives who always find a way to blame Black communities for its failures. So, I’m never shocked by statements like these. But I do wonder—do all the folks who like to play nice and pretend everything is fine still feel that way today? We have a choice in how we move forward with each other. Trump should be letting the investigation play out, but he can’t help himself. He’s on a mission to restore what he and Elon see as the natural order: intelligent white men and women in charge—who, in reality, are just mediocre—backed by a handful of others who pledge their loyalty to whiteness. At this point, I just want us to stop pretending. And to the Black folks who never support Black leaders—is this better? The future we want won’t build itself. It’s on us to fight for—now.

Today is Australian National Flag Day. But in Parliament, I was ordered to take off our national flag. I moved a simple motion: let senators wear the Australian flag with pride, especially today. Labor and the Greens shut it down. They called it a "prop". They mocked it. And they made it clear: They don’t respect our flag. They don’t respect what it stands for. And they certainly don’t respect the Australians who do. The Australian flag isn’t a prop — it’s a symbol of who we are. It flies over our Parliament because it represents you. Your family. Your history. Your sacrifices. The Albanese Labor Government and their allies the Greens might be ashamed of it. But I never will be. I wear the flag for everyday Australians, the people who built this country. And I always will. Watch the debate for yourself. My cousins and my brother and I were exploring Coney Island, we saw the sights, hung out at the arcades and before we went back to the apartment we decided to go and get something to eat, we had some money on us but not much so we decided to see what we could get at one of the vendors. This was back in the early 90’s when most of them had dollar slices of pizza wherever we went. So we got 4 pieces of pizza, should have been $4 because that’s the price we were used to. The guy wanted to charge us $24 at $6 a slice. We argues with him because one of my cousins already took a bite being so hungry. But at the least we owed $4. We gave the other slices back and refused them but had to pay for the partially eaten one, it was embarrassing that an adult would try that on a bunch of kids. We told our uncle what happened and he went back and yelled at the vendor. He was familiar with them because he used to get slices all the time from the same guy and he never charged my uncle that price. I couldn’t imagine paying that exurban amount, like this guy who was being charged $54 for a hotdog by one of the vendors. At first he thought it was a typo and it was $5.40 but the vendor. Learned it up when he said no it was $54. Would you have paid that amount? I would have walked away, clearly he was trying to possibly scam a the man for looking like a tourist. Part of the experience when visiting a new area is the street food but it’s becoming more and more a chore avoiding places like this.

It is very clear that we are poorly served by a growing class of arrogant and out of touch politicians, and Bowen is their mascot. Our politicians forget themselves. They forget that we don’t answer to them - They answer to us. They don’t pay us - We pay them. Chris Bowen has broken just about every promise that he has made. Industry is furious, electricity users are furious, and now motorists are furious. They promised that power bills would come down. Instead, power bills have gone up, while at the same time industry continues its exodus. The government is propping up a select few corporations with tax dollars and even taking over some directly. That is not the sign of a healthy energy market, or sustainable industry. It is not the sign of success that Bowen needs to maintain a modicum of credibility. So, Liam Bartlett calls him out, asks him real questions that cut to the viability of Bowen’s solutions to our real energy problems. But instead of answering Bartlett’s questions, the Minister responsible for the broken promises chooses instead to attack the journalist. Liam Bartlett is finally asking the questions that need to be asked. He is not just smiling and curtseying to the press corps - he is doing his job. Bowen shows us the answers, not by the words he says, but what he doesn’t say. It begs further questions. For me they are; Who does Bowen think he is? Followed closely by, who does he think he answers to? The answers are as obvious as the lack of answers he provides about our energy future. If it wasn’t so important, it wouldn’t really matter. But on a large and isolated continent like Australia, energy security is our life blood. Without an abundance of cheap and reliable energy, we will starve. Bowen might think his primary role is curating the swooning reporters he likes, but we all know that it is not his job. He answers to us. If he finds the questions uncomfortable, too bad. If the press required him to explain the truth of the storm we are really in - a storm that has been brewing for decades and is now spiraling out of control in front of us - then so be it. We can’t fix what we can’t see. Bowen must level with us. If he can’t fix the problems, get out of the way for somebody who can. Bowen should sit down with Liam Bartlett, and respectfully answer his questions. The people of Australia deserve nothing less. I just want Australia back.

Oh dear... I think I touched a nerve👀 Ed Miliband said I was ‘scaremongering’ because I asked who was responsible in the event of a blackout and what repercussions there would be. That’s because on the 2nd May our grid suffered a significant, sudden frequency loss. This could result in nationwide blackouts. Ed’s policies are making our grid more unstable, more unpredictable, and more expensive to balance. Who pays? You, the consumer. And weirdly, he doesn’t seem to know who is accountable. Ofgem? NESO? DESNZ? We need to know who is in charge and what accountability they will face for a more unreliable and costly electricity grid. It shouldn’t be this hard to answer a simple question.

I had no idea who that guy was but I could tell this dude thinks he’s a lot smarter than he really is. I didn’t know he killed a bunch of people with the aids epidemic but that’s another story. Fauci knew the whole time that the virus came from a lab and he helped create it. If he would have just been honest with us we could’ve used the genome to create an actual vaccine, but he didn’t, so we gave out the crap they made instead. Trump was lied to.”
