Who IS on our side? I can’t figure it out

My latest letter to Biden: @POTUS Mr. President, My previous letters to you regarding Ukraine were respectful. I'm having problems with respect now. Mr. President, your ridiculous drip feed policy dealing with weapons to Ukraine is costing lives. The most recent policy of allowing Ukraine to use US supplied weapons in the Kharkiv area is yet another example of half-measures. While it does help some, if falls woefully short in terms of air defense. Ukraine needs to be able to strike Russian jets before they can drop glide bombs. I watch posts from people in Kharkiv and they are frustrated with your policies. They watch families, relatives, ordinary people lose their lives, get maimed by attacks that should have been stopped. Your policies with regard to Ukraine send a message of weakness to Putin. Your policies embolden Putin. Your lack of a strategic objective emboldens China and North Korea. Mr. President, you must publicly state you want Ukraine to win and back it up with actions that prove to dictators they have no chance of winning. Thank you for your time,
