I didn't buy my license and I've been driving since 2011. So the private car is definitely 100% for ignoring the stop sign and not stopping like it's supposed to. Mo Pretoria ba se rata hampe style sa passing a red robot 🤞🏾but because ba tsebana hore banjani you'll rarely see an accident.
