That's Hanbin! Main dancer and center of TEMPEST! He was also on I-LAND. They were recently on Road To Kingdom. Hanbin made a dance cover group back in the day. He's a big gg stan. TEMPEST made their latest cb with Lighthouse and they will make a jpn cb with Bubblegum in December
