There is ONLY one correct answer when we’re talkin’ about running backs in the 2000s: LAADAINIAN TOMLINSON. The man was a MACHINE. 1,000-yard seasons like clockwork. 31 touchdowns in ONE season - an NFL RECORD. Vision, burst, hands, toughness…he did it ALL. You can bring up Shaun Alexander, Priest Holmes, even prime AP later on… But LT? He was poetry in motion AND a nightmare for defensive coordinators. Put some RESPECT on that man’s name. Hall of Fame for a REASON.
