It was fast, couldn’t see it

Having no chocks or brakes on a plane people are actively working around is a real big brain idea

OMG, ground handling tradecraft teaches thou shall never approach an AC head on unless staying in the vehicle for the purposes of towing, not to mention leave a vehicle running. BTW WTF were the chocks for the AC?

Beside that the pilot never set the breaks an no chocks on the wheels. Total failures in all directions.

Is he dead?
