Well for starters the Human Right Watch benefits a lot from the refugee camps created from the chaos. They just wrote the longest thread crying that the refugees from these camps went back home.

Who benefits from the chaos? The European 🇪🇺 and American 🇺🇸 governments through Rwanda 🇷🇼 and the M23! The DRC has been and still is a failed state, and while Rwanda is not the only country involved in the DRC, if you're not invited, stay calm and focus on finding solutions.
