I hate this ship

They did it in the paintball episode of AS too. Jake's problems got a lot worse in AS, making it harder for him to think rationally. Not an excuse, but it is a reason. As for Tom... I guess him being scared of him and Jake begin hurt again is better than nothing.

S1 Tom my lovelies watching this makes me so glad they got their happy ending…

They peaked here which is a little concerning but

Jake still depressed yet capable of thinking before chimping out at others. Tom still going through issues yet capable of thinking. I despise how DCAS just dumbed Tom into a quirky boy to make him appealing = generic It was more than a drastic change, he’s a whole new character

The sad part about their ship is that they were super good in s1, hell they were the highlights of s1. Tragaicly episode 10 and onwards was the start of Tom, Ellie, and Jakes derailment, and that derailment never fixes either which is sad
