I gave a lil slice of lime and asked Gemini 3.7 Flash, Kimi K3, Claude Opus 5, and GPT 5.6 Sol to draw a human pose integrated with the object and here is how the human pose looks through their eyes 😆

Gave a random doodle to Kimi K3, Fable 5, Opus 5, GPT-5.6 Sol and asked them to finish the drawing 🎨 The only rule: make it as creative as possible. Here are the results 👇 Which one do you like most?

We tested Kimi K3 against Claude Fable 5 on 3D modeling and animation Asked both to recreate the Millennium Falcon from Star Wars in 1) pixel style 2) original style. Both are on Max effort. Kimi K3 took a bit longer than Fable 5 to generate, but came in ~1/3 cheaper on the 1st test, and less than half the cost on the 2nd. Interestingly, Kimi K3 handled the details at the same level as Fable 5 on the original creation, yet it wasn't at Fable's level for the pixel style. Test 1 (Pixel) Kimi K3: 1hr 11min · $14.5 Fable 5: 49min · $21 Test 2 (Original) Kimi K3: 1hr 17min · $19.3 Fable 5: 1hr 5min · $47.2

Kimi K3 vs GPT-5.6 Sol vs Fable 5 Three top-tier models. Same /design prompt across all. Parameters reviewed: Pace, design sense, gameplay feel Result: Kimi K3 nails the design sense and knows exactly what to add in-game. Pace and gameplay held up well. Fable 5 and GPT-5.6 Sol both play too fast, video isn't sped up. Ranking (DX, Features & Cost): → Kimi K3: 9.5/10 · $0.030 → Fable 5: 7.5/10 · $0.38 → GPT-5.6 Sol: 7/10 · $0.11

I tested Fable 5.1 vs Kimi K3 vs GPT 5.6 Sol vs Gemini 3.8 Flash I capped Fable, Kimi & Sol at $2 and asked them to generate this beach scene. Fable 5.1: Looks good at first glance, but made many mistakes, like people sitting on the volleyball court. Kimi K3: It did well. There were no major bugs like in Fable 5.1, and everything looks good. Sol: Bad at 3D scenes as usual, but Astra will definitely fix that. Gemini 3.8 Flash: I ran it in a loop for 35+ mins and it cost $0.95. It didn’t understand what it was fixing. The output here is the enhanced version. IMO, not even Terra level. Gemini's benchmarks say Opus 5-level, but maybe not for spatial understanding. Gemini has other use cases. Which one did the best job?

Kimi K3 just 3 shotted a whole walkable voxel town with drivable cars — Voxelville, around $3.24 in API usage. The same token cost would be $10.80 with Fable 5 and $6 with GPT 5.6 Sol. Fable 5 built its own Maplewood, GPT 5.6 Sol built Willowwick, but on price/quality Kimi K3 just cooked both of them. The era of free indie game development is closer than you think!

Opus 5 crushed Fable 5 at 3D destruction physics for 2x cheaper! We gave four models the same task: build three self-contained HTML scenes with real physics Prompts: - A tornado that sucks in a whole field - A wrecking ball taking down an apartment block - An overloaded truck collapsing a truss bridge Outputs: - Opus 5: 55.9K tokens, $1.40 - Fable 5: 55.1K tokens, $2.82 - Kimi K3: 35.7K tokens, $0.55 - GPT 5.6: 20.1K tokens, $0.31 Opus got all three right unlike the other models. Houses fly up the funnel and out the top, the wall breaks where the ball hits and the rubble piles up, the bridge drops the truck into the river. Fable had almost nothing on the ground for the tornado to pick up, its building collapsed on its own before the ball even touched it and its bridge blew into sticks all at once. GPT is the cheapest here but its ball never reached the building at all and its bridge fell apart in a way nothing falls apart in real life. Kimi K3, the new Chinese frontier model, ended up in the same place as GPT

Gemini 3.8 Flash vs Opus 5 same prompt to each model and i wasn't expecting gemini 3.8 flash to be this fast! build time: > Opus 5: 24 minutes > 3.8 Flash: 37 seconds 💀 if gemini is given same time as opus 5 it will mog the hell out of opus in terms of quality too which one would you choose here?

Qwen 3.8 will be benchmaxxed slop second to fable 5 is such a hype statement , its not even close to kimi k3 and GPT-5.6 sol you can test it yourself on the qwen chat website currently available > token hungry > not that good as advertised , will test more The best part of kimi was that in blog they themselves wrote its not comparable to fable 5 and sol 5.6 in bunch of user experience stuff We need more truth like this in our industry , other than that i will run my vision test

i gave the exact same prompt to Opus 5 and Fable 5 and here's what came out Opus 5 dropped yesterday and my feed was instantly full of comparison posts but i wanted to check it myself so i gave it one task build 3d Flappy Bird first thing everyone was saying Opus is 2x cheaper than Fable BUT.. building the game on Max effort cost me 250k tokens and 1 hour on Opus and 130k on Fable but Fable did it in half the time Opus gave me volume control plus 3 separate graphics presets to choose from, Fable gave none of that in Opus the environment shifts dynamically as you play in Fable it's basically the same frame the whole run maybe a day/night change here and there graphics, animations, glow, all of it goes to Opus and now that limits jumped 50% for the near future while Fable went paid for me the call is obvious right now Opus same prompt start to finish zero changes to code or commands want it? i can send it over

KIMI K3 is here, and it blew my mind 🤯 yes, it is expensive and very slow Took over 30 minutes, and blew an ENTIRE $20 kimi sub before it even finished the one prompt for this game. BUT OMG... the output geniuinly has fable 5 level magic built into it, this model falls between gpt 5.6 and fable 5 imo. you can play the game at kimisurfers (dot) com right now, and see what I mean. This model is too expensive to replace fable 5, BUTT it shows that the chinese open source labs are CATCHING anthropic and open ai FASTTT.

You can now choose which model builds your app on Caffeine. The latest models are all in there: Opus 5.5 Fable 5.1 GPT-6 Astra GPT-6 Sol Kimi K3 Sonnet 5 DeepSeek V4.1 Flash Plan a whole new app with a frontier model, then switch to a faster, cheaper one for quick questions and small changes. It works on every plan, starting today.

GPT-5.6 vs GPT-5.5 on my custom spaceship prompt. I gave both models the exact same custom prompt. This is also the same prompt I previously gave to Fable 5. For context, GPT-5.6 Pro worked for 87 minutes, while GPT-5.5 Extra High worked for 34 minutes and 42 seconds. As I’ve said before, based on great authority GPT-5.6 will be an incremental/soldi improvement over GPT-5.5, not a “Fable killer.” My rough expectation has been that it would trade blows with Fable 5 on some benchmarks, maybe win around half depending on the category, but not clearly surpass it overall. And again fable five will have bigger model smell, but this was expected. After testing this coding output, that view feels pretty accurate. GPT-5.6 is clearly better than GPT-5.5 in several visual areas. The lighting, shading, chairs, object details, and exterior of the spaceship looked noticeably stronger. The scene was also easier to test. I do want to give GPT-5.5 credit though. It built out the rooms much much better and the planets looked better than GPT-5.6’s. It was also interesting that both GPT-5.5 and GPT-5.6 produced better-looking planets than Fable 5 in this specific test. The downside with GPT-5.5 was stability. The game was much glitchier and harder to test compared to GPT-5.6. But when it comes to the core of the demo, which is the spaceship itself, Fable 5 still beat both models pretty comfortably. GPT-5.6 is impressive, but from this test, it looks exactly like what I expected which was a meaningful incremental improvement over GPT-5.5, at least for indie game demos, but not something that replaces Fable 5. I asked Opus 5.5, GPT-6 Astra, GPT-6 Sol, Kimi K3 to build the Eiffel Tower in Three.js. Opus 5.5: $8.95 | 10 mins GPT-6 Astra: $7.45 | 8 mins GPT-6 Sol: $3.90 | 5 mins Kimi K3: $4.04 | 6 mins Opus 5.5 really impressed me. The frontend and 3D detailing are seriously good, and I preferred it over Astra for this task. GPT-6 Sol was a bit disappointing, while Kimi K3 looks really good for the price. It delivered a strong result at almost half the cost. Kimi K3.1 is going to be a monster for sure. Overall, Anthropic made a great comeback with Opus 5.5.

New Kimi K3 beat Opus 4.8 at making retro games for 2x cheaper! We gave three models the same task: make three old arcade games that play by themselves. Each game is one HTML file with a bot that plays it Prompts: – Road Fighter – Battle City – Q*bert Outputs: Kimi K3: 18.4K tokens, $0.28 GPT-5.6: 18.1K tokens, $0.28 Opus 4.8: 21.3K tokens, $0.54 Kimi K3 made the best games. Its Q*bert is the best of all three. The player jumps on the cubes, paints them and runs from the purple snake. Its Battle City looks just like the real game and plays right. The tanks move, aim, shoot and break the walls. GPT-5.6 could not handle the cars. Its Battle City broke too. The tank died on its own and the base got hit. But GPT had the nicest textures of the three

Kimi K3 vs GPT-5.6 Sol Difference in taste is so stark , like if i swap kimi k 3 name with fable 5 people will trust it but this is not only about visuals , its also about function , you can see both achieve same result but the way to achieve is different kimi is more creative

I couldn't believe the results of this benchmarking test. I blind-tested 6 frontier models — Sonnet 5, Opus 4.8, Fable 5, GPT 5.5, GLM 5.2, and Kimi 2.5 — on knowledge work, not engineering. Writing. Analysis. Design. Vibe coding. Subagent simulations. The stuff we actually do all day. Same prompts, each model running its own subagent, every output graded blind before the labels were revealed. The results: → GLM 5.2 (the dirt-cheap open-source model from China) took first → Sonnet 5 took second, beating Fable 5 for knowledge work → Opus 4.8 got whooped Then I had Composer 2.5 judge every output independently — and it picked Fable 5 almost across the board. My blind picks and the AI judge completely disagreed. Full breakdown, method, and prompts in the video below. Which model are you running as your daily driver right now?

Qwen 3.8 27B vs Fable, Kimi K3, GPT 5.6 Sol Pro on Flappy Bird. Prompt: “Make the ultimate adorable cute and beautiful flappy bird game in HTML.” Qwen 3.8 27B Xhigh INT8: - Video 1 (Puff) - 8m 11s - 160 TPS (2x3090) Fable 5 Max: - Video 2 (Flappy Fluff) - 20m 21s Kimi K3 Max Fireworks Fast: - Video 3 (Fluffy Flap!) - 4m 40s - 111.3 TPS GPT 5.6 Sol Pro: - Video 4 (Flappy Boom) - 19m 7s Overview: Personally, I think Fable is the best. It feels extremely polished, sharp and stands out with small things like the dizzy effect on death. However, 27B is freakishly close. Never would I have guessed 2 months ago this would have come from a local model. 27B actually beats Fable on certain aspects like the 3D tilting ui buttons on death. Kimi K3 felt the best to play mechanics wise. It felt smooth with the perfect balance of difficulty and ease to play. Also, it was the only one that had music. 5.6 Sol Pro was hilariously bad in all aspects. I tried 5.6 xhigh multiple times and the outputs were even worse.
